Supplement Rateings and such

I am mostly newbie when it comes to supplements. I know a little. I am wanting to put together a mass stack. But I want something that will work well. I know the hard work still has to be put in at the gym and at the table. So with all that said, I guess I am looking for maybe are post or article or something that kind of rates supplements.
What I am thinking of doing is maybe a Havoc/Epistane/GH stack. BTW whats the best GH product out there.

stay away from the stack you mentioned. You said it yourself, your a newb.

get a proper diet and training and that would be all you need. supplements are overrated if you ask me. Too many "newbs" come to look for supplementation when everything is out of check. Supplements do not replace bad diet/training habits.

welcome to the board bro, take some time to read around, do research, then ask questions if you need to. Stick to the basics for now.

Perhaps if you posted a general outline of your diet, timing of your meals and how/when you train; we can offer some advise that may help you improve your results. :)
