I have a question to any one who could answer......

I've made a modified Ketogenic diet and I'm trying it out. I only eat carbs every 4th day (unless it fall on my Protein and veggies day then it will be every 5th day). I was wondering could you take AP with every meal for one day? If each meal has 50 - 70 grams of carbs. If so what would be the side effects? I just want to make this day as efficent as possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes you can and I would take all the carbs in this manner..

I would use70grams Maltodextrin, Dextrose or WMS or amizture with EAAs, creatine, Beta Alanine and PSLIN(instead of AP or if you have AP use it and build up to 2 caps for 70grams). and start drining 20 minutes before exercise and finish it mid workout and it will cause glycogen retention, recovery, and its a super anabolic mixture when combined with PSLIN.

The rest of the day go without carbs. I think you will get amazing fat loss. Your workout energy will be amazing and recovery will increase.

I want my to achieve super saturation on this day, trying to take advantage of the 4 - 5 days of depletion. That's why I have carbs in for the whole day. Also for thyroid purposes. I was thinking about p-slin before training too..... thanks.
 
If you are ingesting carbs throughout the whole day, is it possible to center most of your doses around your workout, in three meals possibly? This would allow you to utilize P-Slin at those times, for greatly increased endurance, recovery, etc., and still have trace carbs throughout the day.

Possibly, center your first few meals around vegetable-trace sources, like broccoli, cauliflower, etc., and the rest around whole grain sources.
 
I'm talking 400 - 500 grams of complex carbs, mostly in the form of brown rice since it doesn't bloat me. Everytime I have a high carb day I lose 1 - 2 lbs and sweat my ass off. I just want to make sure all the carbs go towards muscle.

in this case, I would use AP with the 400-500grams.
 
I'll be doing a CKD next week and useing P-Slin. On my 24hr carb load I'll be useing 3 P-Slin/day. 1st beeing Post workout and then every 6~8 hours.

Not to hi-jack but I also have some AP and suggestions Jake?

How many carbs per dose are you planning?

Meal 1 6 oz Grd Beef, 1 1/2 brown rice, 1 tbls olive oil (ap)

Meal 2 6 oz Grd beef, 1 1/2 brown rice, 1 tbls Olive oil (ap)

Meal 3 6 oz Chx, 1 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 tbls olive oil (ap)

Meal 4 2 whey isolate, 70 grms WMS (before training) (P-slin)

Meal 5 2 scoop whey Isolate, 1 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbls honey (post training)

Meal 6 6 oz grd beef, 1 cup brown rice, 1 tbls olive oil (ap)

Meal 7 6 oz chx, 1 cup brown rice, 1 tbls olive oil (ap)

This is my High carb diet with the AP & P-slin added. Any suggestions....

The bold AP doses aren't necessary. Its half-life is about 4 hours, so taking it so close together won't necessarily do anything.
 
Distilled dude, why would you want to try and get in 600 - 700 grams of carbs? How much do you weigh, how much body fat do you have?

haha. It's a carb load day for my CKD diet. I'm right around 200lbs at 5'9" my bodyfat is between 11-13%. I'm bulking right now regular and I'm getting in about 400-600gr day with AP/P-slin combo and not adding any inches to my waist and getting STRONGER in P.C.T. :D
