Stack is on your website: both Shred-XS and Hardcore Shred-XS.

How should these two products be dosed (how much/when/etc.)?

In my opinion it really depends on your tolerance to stimulants. Most people run it at one serving of each per day. Some people like to take three capsules of the Shred-Hardcore and 2 caps of the Shred-XS split up throughout the day.

My personal fav is 2 Shred-XS and 1 Shred-Hardcore in the morning and then 2 Shred-Hardcore plus 1 Shred-XS in the afternoon. This would be for those who aren't overly sensitive to stimulants.
