x factor dosing plan, pls help me chose

my 2-bottle x factor is on the way,
have done some research, but could not find an exact answer,

my question is,

i workkout 5 hrs bf i sleep in evening, how should i spread my x factor dose on workout days?

A:
1 with breakfast (8:30 am)
1 with lunch (1:30 pm)
2 bf workout (usually 6:30 pm)
go to bed around 11:30 pm

B:
1 with breakfast (8:30 am)
2 bf workout (usually 6:30 pm)
1 bf bed (11:00)
go to bed around 11:30 pm

which is better???? pls help:box:

Unless you have ZMA, and other supps, there is no problem taking it at 11:00 PM. Otherwise, take it with lunch, and 6:30.
