FedEx is WORTHLESS

Made an order Monday. I live 50 miles away from NP. It's now Saturday night and after multiple so called attempted deliveries still no product. First they forgot to put the parcel on the truck but had it on the manifest. Second, the said customer not available, yet no sticker left on the door. Now, they're claiming the couldn't deliver because of security reasons. Nor can I pick it up because the service center is already closed and will be closed until Tuesday. Dammit, I freaking hate FedEx.

Just needed to vent.

I freakin hate anything but USPS. Too bad it's so much more expensive than FedEx.
 
Fedex home delivery is the garbage of all garbage delivery methods. I don't understand why standard fedex ground or even ups isn't a shipping method. Fedex home delivery drivers are just private contractors for fedex who basically make their own hours. Fedex ground are actually fedex employees. This is my only grief with NP's shipping. I wish I had another option other than fedex home delivery.
 
I could have literally walked to NP and picked up my merchandise, plus stopped for breakfast 1 & 2, lunch 1 & 2, and dinner 1&2, and had a workout at least 6 times by the time I get my order.
 
i havent had any issues. They leave it by my front door. LAst guy i dint know came and he went all the way the the back of my house and on my deck to leave it by the door...guess im lucky.:run:
 
USPS is the least expensive for me. I use it. Fedex sends you surprise custom fees in the mail a month after you got the package.
 
never have any problems with fedex...even deliver to my house on saturday all packages from NP are recieved before on time. btw i live in fl
 
I had a package stolen before, it was from UPS. It was computer parts. They don't really do anything about it, Newegg just sent me a replacement. Pain in the ass though. Too bad the people get away with stealing packages.
 
Now Tuesday and the jackass still couldn't figure out how to deliver the package. This is great. I even contacted customer service and had them give the driver my phone number in case of trouble. This driver is freaking incompetent.

Your grief is misdirected friend. Fed ex ground is only for business. You are not supposed to ship ground, to a residence.
 
Ahaaa, received package today. After contacting their claims department and having the representative fax the shipping center with step by step directions on how to deliver a package.

I hate it all.. I live in Nevada... nothing EVER comes fast... unless it's from NV/Sacremento/Salt Lake... otherwise, I am boned every time.. I wait a week + for orders from NP, and usually longer from other places... it's ridiculous. NP needs 2 shipping depots.. one in NV or Cali... hell even AZ... and the one they have now.. that way, orders can get to us west coast residents sooner. :sad: :sad:
 
FedEx delivered my package to my neighbor. I saw on the tracking they posted it was delivered and left at front door. I went out to get it and it was nowhere to be seen. A short trip over to the neighbors revealed the true destination of my package away from my house. I took it and went back inside. :mad:

I guess giving houses numbers by which to identify them so as to properly direct mail to it's recipients only works if those who do the deliveries are literate to begin with. :frustrate:

This has happened more times than I can count. Makes me want to-

Only package I've had lost was by Fed Ex. Ordered Diesel Test Hardcore, which is like $50, and they lost it. I had them look into it, and the driver claimed they put it under the mat at my place. One problem, I dont HAVE a mat. Hope the guy who got it is all enjoying it. Never had any problems with USPS or UPS though. Fed Ex is on my SH*T list.
 
Would there be a way to make them get a signature from the addressee instead of just dropping our stuff off at whereever they think we live? I mean a 50$ DTHC order being lost sucks; my order that they misplaced was over $200, thankfully I recovered it. I know some people even get $300-500+ orders. The possibility of losing that much with a company that denies all and claims no responsibility is just not right. :mad:

Anyone else have experience with the USPS method?
