What 3 supplements or even ph's have put the most muscle on YOU!

Of course food would be #1, but I guess it's not a supplement. My BIG THREE would be:
1st- ON protein(no telling how many 10lb bags I have went through)
2nd- Creatine(mono)
3rd- really dont have a 3rd...never tried juice or ph's so I guess I'll say animal pak

1 & 2 are exactly the same for me. #3 would be 1-AD or 1test.

Double dose nettle
Anagen/Fenotest also treated me quite well.
