PCT with AP/P-Slin/PowerFULL

I am going to start my PCT with AP/P-Slin/PowerFULL and just want to get my dosing right. I've searched an presume it is correct. I also want to add im using SizeON thats why I'm not doing the PowerFULL pre-workout.

1 AP 15min Pre-Breakfast

2 PowerFULL 1hr Post Breakfast

1 P-Slin 15min Pre-workout meal (75gr Oats)
-1hr 15-30min pre workout

1 AP 15min before Post-workout meal

1 AP 15min before Pre-Bed Meal (50gr Oats)

2 PowerFULL 1hr Post Meal

Daily Totals:
AP: 3caps
P-Slin: 1cap
PowerFULL: 4caps

Everything look ok?

For the first 7-14 days, I would skip the PW AP dose(since you have PSLIN) and add in after.

On off days take Powerfull after breakfast and on workout days take powerfull 20 mintues or so pre workout.

I would add 5 grams creatine with Pslin meal and add 5 grams of creatine with the last AP meal of the day.


If you want to take the Plsin meal to the next level do this..awesome.

3 grams beta A

Yea I should have added all of that. I'm doing 5gr of creatine @ breakfast/pre/post/before bed (I love creatine mono). I do have leucine and will look to add that pre workout also.

I've decided to nix the SizeON (buddy wants to try it) and do the PowerFULL like you suggested.

Yes I'll be doing a scoop of Whey and Casein to my shake of oats pre-workout and eggs and cottage cheese before bed :thumbsup:

Eggs and cottage cheese mixes together?

Just a tip buy some flavorless physillium husks and mix into cottage cheese. You will have a nice bowel movement in the morning and keeps the old colon healthy.
