I figured I would start a log here since I will be keeping track myself. I started on Saturday but honestly, Saturday and Sunday are bad days to "start" since we had trick-or-treating at my sisters and trick-or-treat was in my neighborhood on Sunday. Of course daddy has to "inspect" all the candy. So a few dozen candy bars later I'm back on track. I suppose it doesn't matter too much since the first two days are only two a day. Today I am on three a day. I started off this morning at 177.5lbs. I have about seven more days of IGF-2 as well so once that's done it'll just be Leviathan. Here are my stats....

Weight: 177.5lbs
Workout Frequency: Five or six days a week for 45 minutes.
