it is a sad day indeed!
i just got notification that my package from NP has been returned from customs-
ultimately .................i cannot take the risk of purchasing again, as i have just seen $36 for shipping disappear into thin phukin air!
I wouldnt mind if those C**ts at customs took out whatever the phuck bothered them so much and sent me the rest of my order, but NO, i am left here with phuk all, and phukd in the ass for shipping charges to.

to all other uk guys, i sincerely hope your orders get through, but I regret to say I am now an EX customer

EX Customer? Because of your great {sarcasm} Countries customes authority? In NO WAY is that NP's fault...

Regardless, Good Luck to you and your quest to find a better E-Merchant (which there isn't)!
 
Sorry to hear of your misfortune julesm...in all honesty, we have had almost a 100% success rate shipping to the UK. If you could, please post the items you ordered and which item(s) you think [or know] caused customs to return the package.

Sharing your experience will greatly help other UK customers.

1 adam multivit

according to verner the package was just returned- absolutely ZERO reason as to why.

mathew 76 - i agree it isnt the fault of nutra- and yes anybody would be hard pushed to find a better e-retailer, but if you just had an order snagged and returned for reasons unknown...............would you be happy to pay or lose another $36- think about that one!!!
 
i would be definitely willing to re-order- but in no uncertain terms would I expect to take another hit for postage.
 
Your frutration is understandable, but your out and out bashing of NP is not welcomed. And I cannot put myself in your shoes for postage, but I can tell you I would personally found out what is allowed to enter the country I was in before making a purchase.

Is yohimbe outlawed in the UK? It is in Cananda, so Leviathon is a risk to buy for them.

What are you talking about mathew 76???

Unless he edited his posts, where did he say anything bad about NP. All he said was he cant take another hit on a large postage amount, so he "regrets hes gonna be an EX customer"

He also posted this to help his fellow Brits, which may prevent someone else getting burned by customs refusing/returning their shipment.
 
I thought even roids were legal in UK?

My shipping costs me $150-170 to Australia and u whinge about $36? I wish mine was only $36... we get raped down here..

We urge all customers to check with their countries customs, before placing an order to make sure everything is legal. There is also other reasons they could return it, like not believing the declared value of a package for instance. As one of our customers said about the weather in his country (Estonia)after having 3 of his packages returned for no reason even when he double checked to make sure all was legal "It's freezing cold with no sun. Must be because customs don't let the sun in either :) "
 
Dude, the british pound is almost buying USD$2 is it not, so did you lose USD $36 or £36?

that is true- the gbp is worth $2, but again £18/$36 is still a hit.
the aussie guys, i feel for you men, i used to live in sydney for a couple of years- supps are expensive and crap there, so importing is the only way but again expensive due to your au$ to $ ratio
at least your customs guys wrote to me telling me to explain why i was trying to import and illegal substance into the country :-)

but heh your custom officials are on the ball- but you cant play rugby

poll- who? if in my shoes would try ordering again, especially no reasons for return were given?
 
i would also like to mention at this point- that NP have been top notch with their customer service- as already alluded to, it isnt their fault!!!
they were speedy, empathetic and nothing but courteous in their responses.
 
Welcome to our world...u order and hope for the best in australia..Many losses do hurt..but when u get a package in..It Makes all the losses worthwhile.

Separate your orders...so u get what u know is 100% safe from the other products..

A few supps are banned here in the UK, yet others are not. Pro hormones are still legal and of course steriods are legal for personal use.

It is very worth while noting that any country in the EU (so that includes the UK) will not allow milk products to be imported without a permit. So this means we must buy our whey protein domestic.

Our customs and laws are some of the most leanient going so when a package does get stopped it's just one of those things.
