Need to take Epistane with Food?

Is it best to take my doses of Epi with or without food? I searched and couldn't find a definite answer. Maybe it doesn't matter at all?

It definately matters, taking steroids on an empty stomach could lead to stomach problems. Epi is best absorbed when taken with a fatty meal. I take mine w/ a teaspoon of olive oil + a meal.

Thought I'd bump this ^^^^ as it's really good advice....

I have been taking Epi with olive Oil and cannot recommend it higher. Actually breaking open capsule and dumping into oil.

The compounds in grapefruit juice suppress an intestinal enzyme that processes medications by means of the cytochrome p450 system.

These taken before/with pulsed Epi have improved the bang for buck enormously !!!!
