I am interested in learning more about Sam-E those who are using it what dosage? and what benifits have you noticed from adding this supplement?

I am considering adding this to my daily supplements

start out slow 200 mgs BID then increase to 400 mgs BID
stay there for 3 days. really no more should be needed then that
