Halo/1,4 AD Cycle advise

I am nearing the end of my third week and have not noticed any results or sides yet. Here is my cycle:
Weeks 1-2: Halo 50mg/1,4 800mg
Weeks 3-6: Halo 75mg/ 1,4 800mg
Weeks 7-10: 1,4 1200mg

I have literally not had any noticeable strength gains or sides over what I would have expected. I started this cycle after a two week surf trip where I did not work out an lost a bit of strength, and have just by this week recovered what I lost. I would have expected to without any chemical assistance.

So I am considering either upping the halo to 100mg or the 1,4 to 1200 mg for the next three weeks. Any thoughts?
 
Well don't really know what your diet looks like but my advise would be first and foremost to up your calorie intake.

i know halo is a weak compound

running it at 50 is considered low, 75 is low normal

100 is what most run it at

also dont expect to see much from the 1,4ad its a slow acting product
