I am on my second bottle of AP,i have been taking like recommended approximately 15 mins before meals,i have lowered my carbs a little bit, trying to lose body fat.I am not seeing any fatloss or benefits so far,is my supply a bad batch,i do not fell anything even at 4 caps a day spread out.

What are your stats? Even though I dont think you will see strength or muscular gains, I think it should be effective for fat loss.

I doubt you have a bad batch.

i eat high protein cereal for breakfast

lunch usually whole turkey wrap, ham or chicken

snack a yogurt

dinner chicken ,brown rice,or salad and vegetables or some sort of beef

then usually protein shake or something lite after gym

i am putting weight on instead of losing

It could be because your filling your glycogen storages as was the case for me the 1st 2 weeks or so with my first go of AP (+creatine mono)

Also thats not very much food nor is it the right type of carbs or diet plan to be paired with AP IMHO

Your diet should look something like this....

1 AP before breakfast 15min.....50gr carbs from Oatmeal + your Protein

1 AP 15min before pre-workout meal.....50gr carbs form oatmeal, brown rice, 100%whole wheat bread/bagel. With your protein

1 AP post-workout 15min....50gr Waxy Maize Starch, Malto/Dex, Oatmeal, bagel, etc.....With some protein

Honestly, if you are 5'9'' and only 178lbs, you should not have fat to lose. Maybe if you had diet and cardio in check you wouldnt even need supps, just a thought ;)

i am jst starting cardio again
cardio should not have to do with a supplement benefitting for fatloss
anyone can do cardio 3-4 times a week and loose bodyfat

You should be starting with the cardio and once fat loss stalls then look to supplements to help keep you losing. Depending on any supplement without first having all other variables in order will have you spinning your wheels and going no where.

So your saying your putting on fat from this diet? I doubt you got a "bad" batch of AP, review your diet and training, and lower your dose of AP when your carbs get lower, i wouldn't take the AP without a minimim of 40g's of carbs. You say your gaining weight well it's most likely glycogen water and some muscle from the AP, but if your in a deficient then don't expect impressive strength or size gains. AP will only maximize the food you eat so less food= less results, lowered carb intake+ AP will help to keep you sensitive to insulin and aid in fatloss, but it's still up to you to manipulate your diet and training towards fatloss.

I have been taking AP and P-Slin for a few days now... I want to cut up some more now LOL. I only upped my carbs a little bit, but I added a crap-load of cardio and I'm blowing up!
