need some help with first injectable cycle

im starting to plan out my first injectable cycle and i need some help mapping it out
option 1:
deca durabolin injection 1 time a week 250mgs
winstrol inject EOD 50mgs

option 2:
test E dont know what to dose but i want to take an AI like proviron because im pretty sensitive to gyno

if you guys can help me out thatd be great.

for your first cycle, your best off doing option 2. run a cycle of test e at 500mg/week, pinned on mon and thur. with this you can also run either proviron or amiredex to help stop the gyno.
 
Only do option one if you're not a fan of your wanker working like it should

Freqfly's 1st cycle protocall:
10 weeks of Test-E @ 500mg per week
Pin Monday- 250mg and Thursday- 250mg

can you post how much proviron i should be takin to avoid gyno cause im pretty sensitive to it.

my pct will be something like this:
week 1: decreasing everyday
clomid 400-300-250-200-150-100-50
nolva 40mg
week 2:
nolva 30
week3:
nolva 20
week 4:
nolva 10

i dont wanna take too much clomid because of some research ive been reading which shows that clomid can affect your vision and decreases pituitary sensitivity to LH
do you think i need any type of cortisol blocker

Would it hurt to use one? $30 for possible retention of gains.. id do it.

I would definalty get yourself a good cort blocker. many people seem to like Retain 2, thats what im going to be using in my pct....cant hurt, and will help you keep more of your gains.
