Lean extreme while lean bulking?

I was just wondering about the effects of lean extreme on a lean bulk. Since it is a cortisol blocker and not a stim, it wouldnt make it harder to bulk, correct? Would it help me keep off or lose fat when eating excess calories?

If you guys need my stats I am 6', 198, 13%.

Edit: Might need this moved to supplements?

i hate to break it to you but theres no such thing as lean bulking. i'm not saying you can't build muscle and burn fat simultaneously, you can. what i am saying is that it is much more efficient to just bulk up or just cut, trying to do both at the same time is much harder and takes much much longer. my advice, increase your calories 20% over maintenance, you should gain mostly muscle this way. if weight gain seems too slow or nonexistent at this calorie surplus you can always increase it at your discretion. when you reach your target weight then simply reduce your calories 20% below maintenance to cut. when you are at this cutting phase it would be ok to supplement with something like lean extreme.

No, it won't really help. Cortisol levels should stay quite low when you're bulking naturally.

So, would you advise against LE during a bulk? I'm about to start the NHA stack with it and I got it mainly for cortisol blocking. Basically, is it going to make it harder to bulk up?

If you want to get fancy then juice plus low dose T3 has been getting good reviews. If you're an endomorph like me then lean bulking is a fairy tale LOL. Some light cardio during a bulk has made the biggest difference for me.

Lean Xtreme will allow you to do a lot more cardio (without wasting muscle), which should help your gains.

I'm doing LX2.0 and Activate Xtreme on a bulk, and I am gaining VERY leanly. It helps me keep my "bulking belly" down.

Actually I dont believe this statement is true. I'll try to find the actual science behind it but I'll get back to ya.
