You originally asked a yes/no question :afro:

It is like the Mountains.

We were primarily on the Nevada side, so we had some gambling. Water pretty much cold all year around. Even though I am an introvert, I like options. One Highway, grocery store, etc....Basically a small town, huge lake.

You stroke me as an extravert online from anlyzing you from the myers-briggs MBTI? Anyone studied this in depth or took any higher level education classes on it?

some people use belt sanders to gratify themselves

When a 40-year old man turned up at a hospital asking to see a doctor specialising in men's troubles, he was shown into a cubicle, where he gingerly unwrapped three yards of foul smelling stained gauze from around his scrotum, which had swollen to twice the size of a grapefruit. On further inspection, it was discovered that his left testicle was missing completely, and, embedded within the swollen, tender and weeping wound, were a number of dark objects which the patient confessed were one-inch staple nails from an industrial staple gun. It transpired that the man spent his lunchtimes alone in his workshop, where he regularly enjoyed the sexual thrill of placing his penis on one of his machine's moving canvas belt. of a piece of machinery. One day, the excitement caused him to "lose his concentration", and the belt snatched his scrotum into the fly-wheel, throwing him several feet across the floor and tearing off his left testicle. Rather than go to the hospital, he closed the wound with the staple-gun, then went back to work when his colleagues returned. It was two weeks before he got around to visiting the hospital.

theres a free myer briggs test site

I not talking a one time test. Im talkign studying it for Ten months strait for three hours every day! Many times when you tke them them test its unaccurate because of soical programming. I thought i was an esfj for two weeks than as I got deeper into MBTI I found out Im an ESTP. Many Acteotypes and other main personality theories have some of the same elemnts in common. I specificy think this is the best one

That is some sad twisted stuff.

I not talking about a one time test. I'm talking about studying it for ten months straight for three hours every day! Many times when you take the test it's inaccurate because of social programming. I thought I was an ESFJ for two weeks. Then as I got deeper into MBT, I I found out I'm actually an ESTP. Many archetypes and other main personality theories have some of the same elements in common. I especially think this is the best one

The whole point of all of those tests is to be spontaneous and answer the questions honestly. Why would you "study" for test that is supposed to be about your personality?

I don't get it! And read your quote above...THAT is what it should read!

So he can find out who he is....

I didnt study for a test. I study the MBTI. Myers briggs type indictador. I dont have time to exlain to know youll have to study it IN DEPTH yourself. Dont do it if you dont have the time. BUt its well worth the efforts.

I know certain types of people like the back of my hand from studying this. Give me most S types and i can tell you facts about them . and yes ive seen common themes with each type, even though there different people.

Its a lot of theory and once you appplied it you start seeing how theory works

I dont even pay attention to most of the bull**** posted on here. no offense bros hope you negative fellows get positive

I appreciate the fact that you want to better yourself and want to be motivated to be better...that is a noble goal. If you want people to take you seriously, then start with writing in English. No one is going to take you seriously when you write posts the way you do.

Would you submit a report at work like that? No offense, I'm just trying to help you.

I've taken the test several times. You can study the types as much as you want. You can "think" that you are a different type, but your answers will determine your type. Your type may also change over the years or state of mind.

Am I misunderstanding what you are saying?

Engrish is overrated....

I find it funny when peeps like PA do not use proper grammar and teh like....Especially in argument.

Plus, misspelling a lot.....

This isnt a Comp paper report Wilman.=)

Practice is perfect, and I wish I had a dollar for every time somebody uses an excuse like that.

However, I feel you miss the point Wil is trying to make, and that is you strive for perfection, but yet you fail on communication.

I beleive each person is a pre determined type and will act a certain way. Example J's are more structures and serious while P's are more go with the flow

Now The most important things regaring this it doesnt matter your thoughts are what cause you to be you

are you an ISTJ

I actually asked my daughter not to use text shorthand when im'ing me. I don't want her to get used to that. It's bad enough kids use calculators in math class! :frustrate:

Im a great communicator especially what I want hahahahaha I can all day at this but have more important things to do

X you are incoorect sir Im debating. im not arguging . There is a distriction between an argument and a debate. Have you ever learned that?

I reallyy dont like debating. Many people are ignorant about the difference between the former and latter..anyways

I hope you're not classifying a person only one time and then treating them as a certain type of person for the rest of your relationship. I'm sure that knowing what types of behavior and personality a person has is beneficial finding ways to relate to them. But you need to re-evaluate people regularly because we all act/feel/think differently depending a number of variables too great to even imagine. And I'm sure a person would like to be treated as the kind of person they are today, not who they were yesterday.

What kinds of applications can this theory have?

You might be interested in the concepts of neuro-linguistic programming, something for which I'm currently trying to develop skills. One of the big things with that is learning how to methodically develop a synchronization with any person you engage in communication.
