How does this recomp stack look?

Another question. Should i add an ai in there aswell. I am gyno prone and have a small lump as it is so should i be on the safe side and add maybe a small dose of atd in there with the stack?
 
What does your dosing look like?? If you want to add a small dose of ATD, then go for it and it will help with your strength and body comp.
 
Drive - 2 when i wake up, then 2 pre work out
RPM - 2 pre workout
lean extreme - 2 caps spread out through the day.

As for the atd i was thinking 20 mg? not really quit sure on how to spread it out though..

I heard that 40 and up will be a libido killer

Bump the drive up to 6/day for the first week and you may want try 3 RPM. If you can get ATD powder, then use it in a trans and take 10mg, 2x/day.
 
ok sounds good rodja, i will bump up the drive to 6.. should i spread it out differently? Also with the rpm ill try 2 and see how it does then bump it later.

As far as the atd goes i was just planning on getting pills and taking it orally, so should i bump it up to 30mg/day?

Where are you finding 10mg caps? For the Drive, you can do either 3+3 or 2+2+2.
 
never mined the caps are 25mg. I was mistaken.
and yeah the 2+2+2 sounds like it would be better since it is spread out more huh
 
As far as the lump goes, PM me and I'll give you my plastic surgeon's info. He's in Pasadena. I've been jerking around with SERMs and AIs trying to shrink the small lump I have and it only screws with your body and with your head. "It's GONE! Wait... no it's back..." Get that $#!+ cut out! You'll be able to lift weights in a week.
