double dose AP pre-workout only?

i have roughly 30 pills of AP i'm looking to use and wondering if it would be beneficial to dose two caps 15min before my pre-workout meal on workout days only... or would it be better to dose 1 pre-workout and then 1 b4 post workout meal?

You can use 2 Ap if you are eating over 70grams of carbohydrates with pre workout meal.
 
Yeah bro, AP is not something you wanna double up on, unless you're getting generous amounts of carbs. It will otherwise make you hypoglycemic, and you will want to take a nap.
 
Personally i would use P-slin pre-workout and AP post-workout, everytime i doubled up on AP i felt sick to my stomach and i had to eat literally 150g's carbs+ and i still felt ****ty, i looked super full though, lol.

this is the best approach. If you want to add another Cap of AP jsut add ANOTHER CARB meal to the day!!! AAA carbs with not fat gain such a perk!:woohoo:
 
Agreed with Chaps and usplabs. The P-Slin is a much better pre-workout supplement than the AP.

1 P-Slin 15 mins before your pre-workout meal and 2 doses of the AP with 2 of your highest carb meals is a great stack.
 
i'm sure it is, however i'm broke and have 30 pills of AP lying around i figured i would put to use

I don't see the point in running 3 per day for 10 days so i was curious if it would be effective only on workout days

makes sense though so i'll probly just use 1 pre-workout and 1 post only on workout days just for a little added absorbtion

Just use it with pre workout meal and run it 30 days!
 
lol ok well i remember how much i love the pumps AP gives you after a healthy dose of carbs, except i had one problem

about 40 min into my workout I wen't hypo... got a little dizzy and had some nausea ect... Now i ate probly 70g of carbs a good hour before my workout, however i remember a while back there was something about your not supposed to take AP with N.O. products or something? i can't remember exactly

anyways my other pre-workout supps were NOxplode and yohimbine/caffeine

any idea on what caused the problem so i don't do it again next time?
