Anevol help for a newbie

Hello Everyone Im new to the site and need some help well first heres my stat Im 6 feet tall 205 pounds....now my question i recently order some anevol and was wondering what should i take while on it ive search the threads and now i need to post cycle therapy after wards which i have some questions on as well which i will ask later still reading thesinner's No Excuses & No ***** ***: A Stupid People's Guide to post cycle therapy but while im on this stuff what should i be taking to make sure its as safe as possible...I'm planning on taking AI's cycle support 2 weeks before actually starting the cycle and heres where my questions really start i guess first do i continue with the AI through the cycle? and what other things should i do or take while on the cycle..thanks for your help in advance

sorry should have included that in my stats ...lol... Im 22...will i be ok with just the cycle support? im not planning on starting this stack for a month or 2 just to mkae sure i get all the stuff i need first
