AS we all know this banter is just the appetizer for the almost yearly playoff war that's coming. btw' I'm also a big Steelers fan:clap2:

Its funny just how freakin huge this thread has gotten in such a short amount of time!! I am gettin a little nervous about those Yankees, but Manny is back and gettin in form so hopefully that will add some pop. That poll is also gettin a little closer than it was, cmon people......vote REDSOX. If the Sox lose, expect a big ol' "I told you so" from Chad.
 
Well the sox are up 11-5 in the eighth.....about to cut that magic number to 2.

Talk about a DOMINANT pitching performance by josh beckett. He goes the distance giving up 0 runs and only 4 hits. Not to mention 8 strikeouts and 0 walks. Red sox win 4-0!! The guy was absolute money today and always has been in the playoffs......i think yankee fans remember that ;)

I found your cat in my neighborhood holding up a liquor store, so I gave him a bowl of milk and he agreed to guard the perimeter of my house because I live in a rough part of Chicago. Hes a bad mofo.

Congratulations to the Red Sox and the Indians, may the best team play in the World Series. While I'm obviously not happy the Yankees lost I have nine world championships in my lifetime that I can fall back on. You guys have a lot of catching up to do. btw, g29er, I need my cat back (lol).
