Gonna run a bottle of lipoderm ultra, then napalm... the after the eq and var are gone, maybe run some t-3 or t-4 while on a low dose of test. Still got some cutting work to do. Diet has been spotless for 5 weeks, and it's starting to f with me mentally lol fskfa

Don't know where it's comin' from. I'm also on aromasin (ran out of armidex, had to use aromasin till adex comes in) and finasteride, and nizoral. Sleep may be the culprit. I was using benadryl for a while, and didn't use any last night... maybe I'm having withdraw symptoms. Maybe I need some ambien..

I don't know if it's lethargy. Like I don't care about anything anymore, lol. And motivating myself to do cardio is hard, even though I can still do it. DIet will be the next domino to fall.... ahhh hope it goes away when test-e kicks in or something, or maybe i need some dermacrine.

thats why i take a low dose of clen 40-50mcg......gives me great sence of well being,energy,raised metabolic rate,and motivation!!!!
 
Why clen over t-3? What about albuterol?


And what about problems with sleep?

1- i aint messin with my thyroid...fukc that

2-the long half life eliminates the crash you get from ephedrine/caffiene..

3-no issues with sleep at all....i take gaba,and melatonin at night though

Or you could jsut get some ambien. That **** works too.
 
What about IGF-1? I wanna run that **** during PCT. I keep reading bilaterally every 3 days. Well that's what sinner recommends. HOw do you mix that ****, is it like hcg? And bilaterally means half into each muscle, like half in one bicept and half in the other, right?

could be the lack of carbs...EQ lethargy i havent heard of that, ever.

Emo if you can get your hands on Helios id say try those, im gonna be getting some for spot reduction of the love handles.

No lethargy today. I didn't take any sleep supplements last night and I let myself sleep 10.5 hours.

Cardio: 25 minute elliptical

about to jog for 25-30 minutes, so I split cardio today into 2 sessions.



My WO partner did 800 LB high box squat easily. That's 8 plates on each side and change.
 
30 minute friggin' jog. Blah, After doing squats, and elliptical and the freakin' jog I feel semi worn down... I doubt I could do anything else today.....
 
45 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. I literally could not get my heart rate above 138 as hard as I tried. Most of the time it stayed in the 130-135 range.

I found a weird phenomenon. If I like burp when I'm doing cardio my heart rate drop 10 beats like immediately, then slowly goes back up to where it was. Toward the end of the 45 minutes I was running out of energy and heart rate was like 125. Literally 1 minute after cessasation of cardio I was back down to 60-70 BPM. Now that seems healthy, but it's gotta be the EQ... because usually at that intensity I'd be in the 140-150 range, not 130....
 
i feel ya.....elip's dont get me above 135 either.......thats when i opted for treadmill sprints!

So I injected today and I had like a 5 minute coughing fit. Not intense, but I had to cough a little. No gear taste in my mouth. I'm guessing a little oil got in a vein, but when I pulled out there was only a tiny bit of blood, wtf?

Did deads for the first time in 2 months. Strength is average, but then again, of course it is with so much time off.

I'm 7 weeks in. So after 7 weeks my weight has gone up about 7-8 LB's to 245ish, yet I'm way leaner. Maybe not way leaner, but I've lost at least 3-4% BF.

Basically with my crappy genetics I've had to throw everything I've got at myself, including diet with not low or high, but moderate, low GI carbs. Cardio 6 days a week, 30-60 minute sessions. HR stays in the 135-155 range. I've started using DCP just last week. I started using lipoderm ultra with raspberry ketones, 8 pumps 2 x a day. I've been dosing fish oils heavily, and diet has been lean meats, whey, low GI carbs, healthy fats religiously. Have been running Cycle Support for long enough for the hawthorne berry to build up in my system and lower BP which is around 124/64 when relaxed. Currently on test-e and EQ.

I will implement my secret weapon to make it all come together: anavar + creatine mono. Then napalm when it comes out. What else do I need? Morning cardio with leucine?
 
Pressing today... we'll see how my strength is.. bodyfat is lower... well it damn well better be with all the **** I'm throwing at it.
 
I think I'll just use the BCAA leucine by itself because I don't want gluconeogenesis to occur.

Began var... not sure what dose I will use.

Either 50 mg or 60 mg a day...

50 mg a day lasts 8.5 weeks....

60 mg lasts 7.1


Hmmm. decisions decisions...


EQ runs out at week 15...
Test-E higher dose will end 16... but low cutting dose will continue to 20...
By then I should be done var and it should have shredded me along with the napalm and DCP/cardio/diet cocktail.
