I'm 7 weeks in. So after 7 weeks my weight has gone up about 7-8 LB's to 245ish, yet I'm way leaner. Maybe not way leaner, but I've lost at least 3-4% BF.
Basically with my crappy genetics I've had to throw everything I've got at myself, including diet with not low or high, but moderate, low GI carbs. Cardio 6 days a week, 30-60 minute sessions. HR stays in the 135-155 range. I've started using DCP just last week. I started using lipoderm ultra with raspberry ketones, 8 pumps 2 x a day. I've been dosing fish oils heavily, and diet has been lean meats, whey, low GI carbs, healthy fats religiously. Have been running Cycle Support for long enough for the hawthorne berry to build up in my system and lower BP which is around 124/64 when relaxed. Currently on test-e and EQ.
I will implement my secret weapon to make it all come together: anavar + creatine mono. Then napalm when it comes out. What else do I need? Morning cardio with leucine?
