When do you usually do your doses? And how close to food are you dosing?

first dose @ 6:45am (as soon as i get up in the am!)- breakfast 7:30am
2nd @ 3:15 - 3:30 - Supper @ 6:00pm
@ the gym 4:15/4:30 - 5:30/5:45 - monday to Friday

I was hoping to lose @ least 10 pounds off this 45day cycle !
my current weight is 248lbs, 6'1"

any and all advice will be greatly appreciated

you have to remember that there is no magic pill for weight lost. Leviathan helps for me, keep fat from coming on while bulking. I didn't think it was that useful while on the bulk however because I felt it was more appropriate for cutting. With that said, there is no magic pill for weight lost. You can't expect to pop a magic pill that last for 45 days and expect 10 pounds of fat to be shedded. Think about it logically, a bottle or two is just going to start melting fat off? No! Proper diet will lead to weight lost. Your whole idea of magic weight lost pill = less weight is incorrect. I suggest to look at your diet agian and fix that. No need to add to the dosage of leviathan. When I was on leviathan I found that dosages higher than 4 caps per day were overkill. Anyway heres the tip, look at your diet and fix it. If you happen to find a magic pill ( which you wont ) that sheds pounds and pounds off without work tell me. Adjust your diet, the weight will come off, leviathan will aid that weight lost. It's also very good at muscle preserving so if your diet is on track, you don't have to worry bout muscle lost. good luck! tell me how it goes. maybe blackjack could add to this.

To really give you an accurate answer, I would need to see your diet(specific)/workout schedule and anything else you think may give he an accurate depiction of why you may not be losing weight.

I agree with all of that, I've taking things for fat loss and gained weight, because my diet, the next month same product, diet/cardio in check have great results. I would think any thing you take might help out maybe 5-10%....
Good Luck
