Pulsing: Off Days Only

thinking about pulsing epistane on my off days instead of on workout days-

M/W/F workout
Tues/Thurs/Sat epi

To me it makes sense because you are growing AFTER the workout, so why not have this comppound in your system on those days to keep you anabolic?


Any thoughts?

I looked and I didn't see a PH/anabolic steroid section. There's an anabolic steroid section but no PH/steroid section.

It isn't a prohormone anyway. A prohormone is metabolized into anabolic substance(s). Epistane is anabolic in its original form.

I can buy it right off the shelf at a health food store. It's a supplement.

so you have it in your body already? You can also buy M-drol, P-Plex, and other shyt like that just cause its at a store doesnt mean shyt. Online doesnt count?
I am not going to have this arguement. If it needs a post cycle therapy or possible PCT it belongs in that section, just like the pulsing shyt is there. Just like havoc is there and its the same thing on different %of extract.

look around one of the members gave away some PH to guys one set took on work out days... the others took on off days, its been a month or two so it may take you awhile and I don't remember what PH it was either

This is what Voodoo came up with to compare to D's method. The 2 days used Kilosports Trenadrol. They had good results.
 
I can see it only inthe sense of recovery but would you want to anabolic state more so on WO days? After all we strive to be anabolic so to speak everyday through diet.

Thanks guy. I really am interestead. I still think a pulse is a pulse though. Either on or off days pick one. If you do it on off at lower doses then it seems like yes you'll keep it "going" a little but why not just go full cycle to make sure you get cycle results...? rather than half way it? I mean PCT is still a possibility on pulse for Epi but if you dose every day weather its lower or higher i think it is needed.
Anyone get what im tryin to say?
 
If you are taking an anabolic that boosts strength then it makes the most sense to ingest it preworkout when it will exert its effects and help you move more weight. This is a huge reason why I would rather pulse on workout days than on off days.

That's a good point. I guess it depends if the substance gives you an acute ergogenic boost that would alow you to lift more in the hour or two after taking it, or if it contributed to an overall anabolism that would lead to more long-term strength from muscle growth during recovery time.
 
Really tome Epi is the only compund i would run full cycle and maybe some Anavar. They hold low sides. I would def run PCT still no matter what but it is a compund not feared to run full cycle like Superdrol, P-Plex, M1T, etc.

Def a good one to start or run between biggere cycles even.
I was contemplating a SD cycle, then decide to pulse first. Now with all this stuff goin on, not sure what ill be able to do. Epi may be a good choice.


Are you on cycle already? hows it going? If so just go how you are and try it on off days next time.

I agree with all of what you said. I just wonder, if you're going to take it 3 days a week, if your long term gains would be best if you did your pulsing on workout days or recovery days

Well consider this. Off days will yield results. On WO days prolly more so. The more results the more focus on PCT and diet is required. More gains=more to maintain.
i.e. Superdrol results to Epi results, but how much are maintained? I think since Epi is a "lesser" compound as it is compared to other that the results would not be to hard to keep as they wont be very very drastic.

Not on cycle yet, just considering it for down the road. Right now I am 1 week into a 3 week full cycle of adrenosterone
450mg ED. Mood and Libido are both WAY up and I have some acne but can't discern any effects on strength or body comp yet.
