PSlin!

shoulder felt like a million bucks once it got warmed up. It hurt a bit until I got to 550, from then on it was smooth sailing. I did a set of 5 with 550, a double with 625, and a double 635, then 2 more sets of 550 for 5. I didn't go as heavy as normal today just because it was my second bench day this week. Had a great pump and got a lot of comments about how I am looking bigger and leaner, I definitely liked that! I am loving USPLabs right now, getting me back to benching big and helping me look better for my wedding.

good to hear nick! i gotta try some p-slin. I got someone who's willing to settle for 30 bucks a bottle. sounds like some good stuff. :jaw:

snatch it up bro! It works really well with WMS, its what I have been taking it with before my workouts.

i gotta get that for you. I did chest not too long ago, but i was in an upset mood. My parents who are insanely unsupportive of me working out trashed my stuff. ( protien and stuff I ordered from nutraplanet ) I had no energy to lift. I gotta get that for you though.

That sucks that they did that to you! If my parents hadn't been so supportive of my lifting I definitely wouldn't be where I am at today (PL wise, and in general). My dad was my protein supplier all through hs and my first two years of college, lol.

lucky you. They think protein is like poison to me or steroids at least. They argue without any facts they just make calls that it's not good for me. Althought I cant blame them, Im allergic to a lot of protien shakes ( i break out like crazy with acne across my chest ) I finally found one that doesnt I can actually take and she tosses that all. She didnt even ask. She gets the package. Opens MY package which I paid for with my name on it and dumps out all my bulk powders in the trash and protien. sucks :/

Sorry to hear about that bro! Is there any place you could have your packages sent so they couldn't intercept them? Like a friends house maybe?

What protein was it that you can take without breaking out?
 
check your PM nick. I usually do send my order over to a friends house and pick it up. I have tons of goodies hidden all over the house actually. :P unsupportive or not, I still love it, and I wont stop for anyone.

RPM's awesome too. So far that makes 1 free RPM, 2 free drives( not techinally "free" )that ive recieved from AN. gotta hand it to them they got some good stuff going on there.:clap2:

My dad is a great guy, amazingly supportive.

Being around Louie was awesome, he is a great guy with so much knowledge and so many innovative ideas you just want to sit and listen to him talk for hours......which isn't productive during workouts, lol. He will talk to anyone, answer all your questions and then some, and give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.
 
That is so cool it must of been an amazing experience to train in that environment.

Its the greatest training environment on earth (I assume, as I have not trained everywhere on earth, lol). Everyone there is so hardcore about their training. You go in there thinking your hot shizz and come out realising that you may be the strongest at your specialty but guys 100lbs lighter than you make you their beee-otch on other lifts. Its great motivation to keep getting stronger!

Worked out on sunday, just did a lot of volume on shoulders and triceps. I am starting to put on a good amount of size while still getting leaner. I think part of it is that I am actually eating like I am supposed to (getting enough protein and more complex carbs) in order to make sure I get the most out of these supplements, but I am still getting MUCH better results that I have ever gotten before from just eating right.
At work yesterday all my customers were asking me what I was on because of how much better I am looking since there were there last month.

I skipped the gym last night because of having to do wedding stuff, tonight I will do legs and tomorrow is chest.

I know how it feels to take time of because of wedding stuff Nick. I had to skip 2 months because of wedding preparation a little while ago. Boy did that suck.
 
Didn't get to workout last night, got stuck at work. Still did chest tonight, will do legs tomorrow morning and back tomorrow night. Todays workout was frigg'n phenomonal, I felt as strong as ever even without having much strength off the chest. Every rep was fast once it got a few inches off the chest.

Flat bench (all with incredibly long pauses):

followed by various triceps exercises

recovery is still incredible, as long as I time the pre-workout meal right I have a ton of energy and my strength lasts throughout the entire workout. My last couple sets were my strongest. I can't express how happy I am with this supplement stack!

Today I did back, didn't end up working out at the gym, got a better offer from my fiance :)

Workout was great, amazing endurance and strength all the way through again. Back pumps (lats and lower back, not like ph back pumps at all) were awesome.

Didn't take my PSlin until just after my workout because I had to leave for the gym straight from work. Still had a good workout and still managed to get my AP doses in. Had a good workout, short and swee, and very strong!

called it quits after that, could barely walk, lol. I will be taking the weekend off for some much needed recovery time and because of having to "put the finishing touches on the wedding plans" with my fiance.....at her parents house. I still haven't been really sore after a workout since the first couple of days stacking the PSlin/AP/SuperCissus+. I am very happy with this, it keeps me training heavy day after day. I will be sticking with this stack for a long time, definitely through my training cycle leading up to my next real meet (Raw Unity Meet January 25-26). I will try to post some pics and vids after the wedding (registered for a digi-cam, lol).

A guy in my gym who's 172 lbs has leg pressed 1,000 lbs for reps. Strong dude. He did it on a whim too, as he's a Powerlifter and just did it to see if there was a carryover to the leg press (if the leg press would be as hard as the squat at the same weight). Well, that answered his question.

Squats are a different animal.
 
Today was chest, had a good workout with decent endurance. I took my two servings of AP through the day but didn't get my PSlin taken until after my workout. Took it with 50gms of whey and 112gms of Cytocarb. Weight is rock steady, muscles are still looking full and I feel strong as a ****ing ox.

Today all I did was hack squats, been feeling like crap all day. I took the PSlin with malto and whey an hour before the workout. Had GREAT endurance and was very explosive, strength was better than normal also. I was pleased with workout, everything seemed easy. I went into the workout slightly hypo and with a horrible headache, but still managed to power through very well. I actually felt better while I was lifting.

Took fri-sun off from lifting due to traveling to my parents for my b-day and to do wedding stuff, didn't end up getting **** accomplished except a whole lot of drinking on saturday which left me incapacitated for sunday (hungover until mid-morning monday, may have had alc. poisoning). Monday I got back to eating right, didn't eat for crap on sunday because I felt like death warmed over. Took my AP throughout the day, and the Pslin an hour before the workout with an ABB Mass XXL drink, had good endurance and strength considering what I had done to myself over the weekend. Not very explosive at all but still managed to have the strength to grind out the heavy reps.

then I went on to do various tricep exercises, 1 heavy exercise (skulls) and two light ones (rope pressdowns and tate presses) for higher reps because I love the feeling of a tricep pump, lol.
 
Haven't worked out since monday night, but will be working out this morning and will post up how everything goes asap. This damn wedding keeps screwing with my workout schedule, lol. I am definitely looking better, can see more of my abs even though I am almost 13lbs heavier than I was when I started the log. I hope to be able to post some pics after the wedding.

Had a crappy workout today, went REALLY hypo in the middle of it. Its my fault, I should have known better, I didn't eat anything all morning then took my PSlin with some WMS and headed to the gym. Felt strong at first but the more work I did the worse I felt. I actually almost passed out on one of the reps so I called it quits at that point.

Chest:
floor presses off of pins (no spotter with me so I set the pins at chest level in the squat rack and just benched from the bottom position up):
