I took one serving last night (not as directed, took it with plenty of carbs but it was actually after the pwo meal) and my muscles seriously looked a lot fuller than they did during/after my workout. I am seriously amazed at how well this worked especially when I didn't follow directions. I would have taken it as directed but the bottle was delivered as I was going out the door for my workout. I think I am going to take this twice a day and run it with AP! AP alone gave me great results, can't wait to see what the stack does for me :bb3: !

Some people think so, lol. I have had the highest raw bench in the world for the past two years, but right now I have a horrible case of bicep tendonitis and don't feel very strong at all.

get a video of you benching and send it to me, send a copy of your current workout program with it.

take 2 cissus in the morning, 2 before training, 2 after and 2 before bed since it is a horrible case.

on off days

take 2 morning 2 miday 2 before bed.

Wedding Planning can cause severe bicep tendonitis.
 
Update: took a PSlin and an ABB Carbo Force an hour before my workout and had the best workout since my bicep tendonitis started screwing things up for me. I worked up to 585 for a set of 5 to a 1brd (2", done to lower the amount of time I am in the painful ROM), all paused. Great workout and insane pump. Could barely move my left arm afterwards, but its back to "normal" now.

The bar was bending like crazy, made me feel like myself again!


P.s. CellarDude, we're going to need to talk about your training style. Max OT will not help get you a bigger bench, or at least its not the ideal program. I will come up with some ideas for you and PM them too you (might take a couple days, I'm kinda slow and kinda busy with the impending wedding).
 
Chest has always been my weakest..Its amazing you lift that much weight. I wouldn't even be able to get that much weight off of the bench. I don't really understand your objective though, is it just to lift the higher weights for 1RM or is it to build muscle and size?. I guess I don't really understand your particular sport. If I were to guess though I would think you would have to eat a crapload to have the energy to lift all that weight. The thing is, wouldn't there be a point where you gain too much and are so heavy that its just not healthy to continue like that?. Just wondering how you do that without killing yourself!.

gaining weight is not the objective at all, lifting the heaviest weight possible is. To lift max weight you don't need any more calories than bbers do to complete their workouts. I have actually slowly cut down from 360 to 320 and have gotten stronger.

Interesting but rational fat dose not aid in strength. I think fat man that are strong like to call themselves powerlifter as an excuse to eat alot.

If you watch the Metrex strongman events magnason(sp) is a huge dude with probably 12% bodyfat.

Excess fat does help lifters who compete in gear due to its effects on leverage and it helps increase the pressure on the suit. It really doesn't help raw lifters at all, at least not me. I always lift better when I am lighter.

I plan on continuing to cut until I reach the look I am after, don't really care what weight that takes me too (but I will keep my strength levels up while I do so, it might take a while, lol).

The closer your chest is to bar the amount of lifting needed..is that the principle?

yeah, sort of. Its also because with equipment you get a ton of spring from the material at the bottom of the lift (due to the material stretching so much), the more size you have the more the material stretches.

Unless you are just oozing over with fat the extra size won't give you much advantage when it comes to raw lifting.

PSlin is working great, good pumped feeling/look throughout the day and stacked with AP my recovery is awesome.

I have been taking the SuperCissus+ like USPLabs suggested and it does seem to be helping, will make updates about how my tendonitis is doing also (in case anyone cares, lol)
 
tell me how it goes :thumbsup: Ive been meaning to get supercissus myself but i decided on the bulk nutraplanet cissus instead. 10 bucks makes a big difference to a broke college student :P

Keep us updated on the CIsuss and AP should also help with inflammation.
 
I get my size from my dad, and we are the small guys in the family, lol.

It was prolly my brother, I remember taking him in with me a few times because no one else could hand the weights out to me right. He is definitely a big boy, lol.
 
Still having great workouts on the PSlin/AP combo, took it today with some WMS an hour before workout and had a great pump the entire time I was in the gym (still going also, been home for an hour). Strength is going up even though I am at a calorie deficit. I went up to 765 on rack deads, and I haven't done them in a couple months. I will weigh myself tomorrow to see if I have put on any weight even though I am on negative calories.

Tomorrow is leg day, can't wait to see what kind of pump I get on some heavy ass 20 rep squats!

Its getting better, your dosing protocol on the SuperCissus is working great! It hurt a tiny bit after the rack deads but thats really about it. I am going to bench again tomorrow, we will see how it fares then.
 
Pumps are still good and last a long time. I think I didn't get enough carbs in today though, went hypo on the way into the gym. I drank a bottle of gatorade to get the blood sugar up and then hit some hack squats and leg presses. I went up to 700 on the hammer strength hack squat for 3 sets of 10, filled up the leg press to maximum capacity and did 1 set of 20, and then did drop sets on leg extensions and leg curls. Strength is definitely going up even though I am at a caloric deficit and doing lower carbs.

P.s. I am still stacking AP with the PSlin, I always seem to leave out that I am taking them together. I just wanted to make sure that was clear.

One thing I should point out, something that I didn't notice until today, I haven't really been sore since I started using the PSlin, AP, SC stack. I just started thinking about it today when I was talking to my fiance about how my strength is improving in pretty much all my lifts, and she mentioned how sore she is from working out with me (I give her some stuff to do when she finishes cardio) and how my actual workout partner is always complaining how sore he is. It took someone else mentioning their soreness for it to dawn on me that I haven't been sore at all lately, lol.
 
shoulder felt like a million bucks once it got warmed up. It hurt a bit until I got to 550, from then on it was smooth sailing. I did a set of 5 with 550, a double with 625, and a double 635, then 2 more sets of 550 for 5. I didn't go as heavy as normal today just because it was my second bench day this week. Had a great pump and got a lot of comments about how I am looking bigger and leaner, I definitely liked that! I am loving USPLabs right now, getting me back to benching big and helping me look better for my wedding.
