Supplement Guide: With Food / Without Food - Best Results...

Greetings All,

I hope this thread is going to turn into quite a resource for those that need it and to hopefully help people optimize their supplement timing to gain better results from their purchases etc.

So without further ado I would love for anyone and everyone to list the supps that should either be taken with food or taken on an empty stomach for best results.

So are you saying you've tried both with and without food for all of these things and saw better results one way or the other?
 
I've found RPM makes me reaaaaal jittery if I don't take it close to food.

Some peanuts + shredded wheat, RPM 15 mins afterwards gets rid of all the jitters.

RPM on a empty stomach will make my hands shake.

Interesting. Just wanted to clarify, since I thought it was odd you say Ecdy on an empty stomach, but I'm just basing that off of company recommendations. Good info!

Yeah, well as I stated, based on personal exp... Another example would be EC stack.. Some prefer an empty stomach, some just shake it's untolerable, so it's tough to make a universal guide...

Also, some mixes like e-bol: Some ingredients work better on an empty stomach, some ingredients work better with food. You gotta evaluate the benefits of the empty stomach and vice versa..

good posting john. for me EC stack I prefer empty stomach while others seem to take it with food and still feel the same effect. seems to work differently for all types of people.
 
multi vitimins neoborn. Im not sure about other multi vitimins but most multi vitimins directions are to take vitimins after a meal. so it is to be taken with food.

I remember reading in the "How to pulse orals Dr. D saying X-lean should be taken upon waking in da AM especially if you can't eat right away. I use it between meals at work when I am to busy to eat every 2-3 hrs, it seems to work quite well for me

With foods (containing some oily base for superior absorption):
Essential Fatty Acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6).
Ascorbyl Palmitate (lipid-soluble form of Vitamin C). Water-soluble Vitamin C can be taken with or without food.
CoQ10 (both the regular ubiquinone and the significantly more advanced ubiquinol)
