    OFFDAY doing some yard work at grandparents in queens. hopefully go running later too and get some decent food in me at grandparents...

    so like ive lost 2-3 lbs this past week since cycle ended and PCT started. i had the idea to remeasure my belly and im down from 38 to 36.5 so i lost 1.5inches around my belly already interesting. i really wanna see my abs !!! and of coures maintain all strength and size

    yesturday forgot to mention it but my throat felt alittle weird almost similar to what i was feeling while on phera. i still dont know what it is but im feeling ok today. just wanted to share that.

    -my chest and throat still feeling weird. chest is really annoying me. i am diff then most i guess and can feel my heartbeats when i lean on my back and sometimes from sitting due to my old back injury i think. this chest issue feels just like that feel a slight compression of my chest and just feels like my heart is working alittle too hard and getting some nice big thumps
    -huge headache when i wokeup today. working was only after one meal. usually have more.
    -enjoyed the new routine. i know ill be hurting

  9. due to advice from original chuck D and someone else just recently i will stop taking ALRI RESTORE. and maybe save it for later or just another time.

  11. you can replace hammer inclines with incline or flat db, hammer shoulder press with a machine press or behind the neck smith press to mid-ear, and hack squats with smith machine or front squats
    i just have a preference for machines with DC bc I usually train alone between clients and the free weights are a ***** with no spotter on the last 2 rest pause sets and i feel like a pain in the a$$ asking someone for a spot on a rest pause set

    do u have acess to a smith machine?

    btw this is just the way i planned my DC routine

    i really dont like the smith machine that much.. id much rather rely if i have to on a spotter or use a CAGE.

    i can do DB chest movements and about shoulders

    ive injurid both shoulders within the past year or two. idk if i want to do behind the neck work. i mean im feeling ok now but not sure alittle worried

    -not happy. couldnt get 20

    -PCT notes. headache for last 3 days. esp when waking up. stopped taking restore hoping it goes away due to some kind of conflict with DTHC and or SERM.
    -horniness not really sure hasnt changed much.

    Day 11 post cycle therapy
    Weight around 209- was 212 last night

    OFFDAY

    -wakeup everyday with a headache.
    -my glasses are also bothering me cuz i got them adjusted and i think the frames just dont fit me that great to begin with.
    -now my right eye has twitched alittle but only for short time ( ive had this before not related to supplementation at all)
    -however they say some SERMS can do this. so i wont say its not possbile

  16. 08/26 TODAY
    Day 12 post cycle therapy
    Weighted after workout scale says 209ish. time to eat :P.

    -water intake so far.
    -sipped water all night as i wokeup a many times to pee and just cuz its hot
    -coffee with breakfast and 72oz with my workout
    -will have a few other drinks today along with another 72oz water at least
    -my pee seems dark andor not to clear often. i dont like this.

    SERM(1.5ml) + DTHC(5) during PCT.

    -all reps 2/4 seconds negative with 1 second strong positive
    -15 breaths inbtw each set

    -wokeup to pee 3/4 times during night while also taking sips of water everytime i wokeup. pee started off somewhat light first time and got darker with each progressive pee
    -already downed at least 80+oz today only up 3hours

  17. 08/27 TODAY
    Day 13 post cycle therapy
    OFF DAY.

    drank tons of water last night. peed again like 3/4 times by time i was acutlly fully awake. this is just stupid haha.

    my headache almost fully went away. the last pee was darker then the rest i think.

    i drank at least 40oz while trying to fallalseep to sleeping entire night.

    pretty sure it is the serm. but no actualy proof havent stopped taking DTHC. will see if it gets better another day if i really bump the water and maybe take some form of carbs during one of my pee breaks.

    Serm toremiferne really makes my throat and tonge weird but it tastes good so ive been just putting it in my mouth swish once or twice and down it.

    is there a better way to avoid any possible side effects?

    Day 14 post cycle therapy
    OFF DAY.

    Changeing SERM to smaller dose starting tonight week3.
    still 5 DTHC

    weight in tomm.

    -drank some water everytime i wokeup last night whcih was only 1-2 times i think and wokeup without much of a headache at all. did my best to wash down the SERM right away even thoghh it tastes great so maybe that helped along with some higher hydration lvs during my sweaty sleep

    cant wait to hit da gym tomm even though my left shoulder collarbone is acting up again old rugby injury grrrr. i blame incline barbell.

    -did 8 then had to struggle doing 1s and 2s till 13 then back gaveout on me again and i didnt wanna take chance of getting hurt. no belt was used today

    -1min quad stretch. could barely walk for a while after this hehe. made my way home.
    -good workout
    -nothing negative to say other then headache kicked in hardcore after my workout while i was just resting tryingto catch my breath for a while
    -when i wokeup only a slight head feeling but no headache so maybe im either getting used to taking 5 pills now or serm or whatever it is or getting enuff water to combat any dehydration effects im having

  20. just sharing that if i got a nasty neck shoulder area pull from 2 workouts ago and taking a while to go away its driving me nuts

    now after todays workout if i put my head down or bend over like to touch my foot huge headache not cool on upper right part of my brain area haha


    and i wanted to share with you all my first capping experience. capped 100 bulk cissus caps size 00 with prob about 800-1000 per pill cuz i packed em too.

    well my chest shoulder collarbone thing is an old rugby injury im pretty sure agravated from incline pressing since i stopped doing them for like 2 years with barbell. inc dbs are fine for me.

    then doing the heavy rackdeads out of nowwhere havent lifted heavy weight like that in a few months doing 315s and 405s

    those would be my two guesses and my biceps have been feeling sore more so then ever not major sore just alittle.

  24. ok finally finished the 100g of cissus and i still dont know what kinda cissus this is haha.

    i used 00 caps and about. 188caps. with lets say 5 servings missings.

    which makes each cap about .520mg

    i totally need the 000 next time.

    im afraid to cap my 1,4ad powder goddamit and those are smaller caps im gonna go crazy.

    -then jogged a few miles (3-5) and did a few sprints

    -no negatives things really affected any of my workouts today
    -still get headache if i lean over and let blood rush to my head
    -left shoulder collarbone thing didnt bother me at all working out but it bothered me running go figure.
    -ummm i guess thats about it. next workout on sunday or monday hopefully.

    -my body is hurting today. feels good and strange but i miss this feeling. DC def is hitting my muscles in a diff way then what i am used to wiht anyprogram from 2 muscles a day to preps to westside.
    -hopefully these pains turn into building muscle.

    -woekup alittle cloudy today with like a 1/10 headache soo i guess its still there over the night i drank bcaas everytime i wokeup

    -well was at a friends this weekend. diet was off but when i ate meals they were really good and well balanced. it really stinks cuz normal people dont eat as much as we do esp the more then 3 meals things i pratically ate 2x more then everyone hehe. and was always snackingon something.

    -wokeup with 1/10th headaches both days i think taking DTHC 5pills daily and SERM before bed.

    -sex drive really i think has gone away as in i dont get hard during the day much at all maybe once or none and havnt been waking with morning wood either.

    -gonna stop taking diesel test hardcore (DTHC) for the last week of the cycle and will continue it after the 28th day for the remander 5day supply that i have making PCT almost 5 weeks long. and possibly be doing a DTHC solo log afterwards not sure on timing or might not do it at all we shall see.

    -had a good weekend was nice to get away and hangout with my buddies and stuff but glad to be back as well and hitting gym tomm.

    DTHC 0 - stopped gonna continue one week after Serm ends.

    90x9 (+1 only from last time) reps 5-10seconds up and down
    40x5 more for power wasnt to max

    -used 3/4inch platform to stand on

    -hamstring stretch for 30-45seconds

    Leg Preses
    630x10 not ez

    Leg Press widowmakers aka 20reps
    270x20 OUCH

    -quad stretch for 30seconds could barely hold it

    -workout felt totally normal didnt get any huge body pump or fullness feeling but then again i only hit arms and legs directly
    -first day off DTHC feel same normal nothing changed.

    Day 22 post cycle therapy
    Serm .25-.50ml
    DTHC 0 - stopped gonna continue one week after Serm ends.
    WEIGHT 208/209 (+6/7 from start and -3/4 from cycle)
    -wish i could say i felt i lose bodyfat but its hard to tell looking foward to measurements on day 28. end of SERm

    off day. notes.

    -wokeup big headache again. been off DTHC for an entire day so i dont wanna blame that and put full blame on SERM torem.
    -humm odd but i wanna say that my pecker is alittle bigger aka more normal as i felt it had gotten smaller while on my cycle and didnt change much till literally today humm odd anyway
    -feels really weird talking about this on a public board and all esp since i dont fully understand all of this but im not holding anything back im telling ya how i feel and how i look etc etc


    -totally forgot to mention besides support supplements listed earlier in this log im still taking my bcaas, 1/2 scoops protein powder daily and creatine with green magnitude.

    -also been taking about 6caps of my cissus whcih is about 3g daily of bulk cissus. (think this makes my gas weird and smells nasty diff then normal but still not trying to say my gas smells good muaahah)
