-underhand cg pulldowns fried my biceps but not really my back maybe im doing it slightly wrong or something but felt good was hard

-and dips are just annoying using dbs btw your feet with no room to fully extend, must get a dip belt and powerbelt for squats and deads

good chance...don't focus on pulling the bar..likely at the bottom of lift your using arms to pull bar in closer or somehting similiear. focus on drawing you shoulders back. your pulling at your elbows...focus on them...the forarm should just be hanging loose and be a conection between bar and elbow. soon as its starts moving and your not focusing on drawing back at the shoulers you're hitting your arms.

-and dips are just annoying using dbs btw your feet with no room to fully extend, must get a dip belt and powerbelt for squats and deads
good belt is a must...see pm response.

-well my body felt huge and pumped from this workout. the TUTS are really killing me and hopefully encouraging my body to grow.

-lots of messups tonight still trying to find proper weight and improve weekly

-summary of PHERA so far. put on 5-8 Lbs in first week and hit a wall. i think my bodyfat is slowly dropping which hopefully implys water weight at first and maybe most muscle growth.
-no crazy strength comments to say unlike some phera logs some kids are pulling crazy PRs and stuff i dont see any real strength increase.
-side effects. i actually dont feel that good been burping a bench and stuff smells like supplements not sure what it is and throat feels alittle weird. i didnt wanna comment on this but i figured its for the best i do not intend on stopping my cycle unless something highly not advisable happens and someone picks up on it.

-UPDATE. started EPI at 10mg and PHERA is at 30 for entire next week then tapering off at 10 till im done and EPI will be bumped up to 40 as soon as possible being a mild product compared to superdrol and pheraplex i fear nothing while on it but will be taking precautions.

at least another meal or so i dont do any diet breakdown. i just try and eat all the time. but of coures thats hard not having a real income coming in and sharing ur frig.

then did a bunch of hanging leg raises, elbow seated leg raises, a few dips, bunch of stretching, some ab roller things and thats about it.

-cycle update. i was having some annoying symptons that i didnt really express or share with everyone but am working on narrowing it down. i believe one of my support supplements is causing my throat to feel like it swells up and gives me a slight headache. i only took hawthorneberry today SUNDAY and only did one serving of all of them on sat.

-gonna add another supplement tomm prob add back in the milk thistle and see if my throat thing comes back i thoguht it was the phera but it seems to have gotten a lot better today so anyone reading this please feel free to share advice.

-lastly something i just noticed first time this weekend as its hard to notice but anyway they are located only on my thighs and appear to stop around the knee small tiny red dots.. this sounds weird but im hoping its something not related to these products. if anyone knows or has any idea let me know. looks something like a red pen hitting my leg all over only on my thighs. i have no pain or any other symptons on my legs at this time

yup thanks. in reguards to food nah i dont really have money problems but i also aint loaded spent a good amount of money on this cycle along with supports and getting my belts and wraps. i have no access to costco like things on a reular basis so buying bulk is truly the worst idea in NYC. overpriced pieces of sh t.

-was a good workout in general, body was super pumped up but had no signs of agression or anything like it. very civilized workout. messed up on reps doing shoulders which afterwards i was soo mad and like i said last set of lying triceps arms just totall gaveout

-cycle update. this morning took my Phera with milk thistle and hawthorne and afterwards felt a slight throat issue but nothing major. took EPI preworkout meal with 1 milk thistle after the meal to seperate them and no throat issues. gonna take red yeast tonight solo and then grape seed before bed. then continue that tomm and then add them all back in i think on weds which will be an off day just to see. Weds is also when phera hits 10mg daily till i runout and EPI bumps to 30 or more.

weight hit 220lbs in evening even with a not so great diet today woot.
when pictures taken right before i had to pee bad haha 220 WOOOOOT my highest EVER or tied for highest ever !!!!

today i spent a few hours setting up then 5hours on a roof of a church repainting it with special alumnium stuff. i did not wear a shirt and well my back is burnt haha.

not sure if im doing this again tomm or hitting gym we shall see how i feel. todays diet wasnt as good as normal either.

internet died last night for some strange reason and came back on today starting to really piss me off o well. im back for nows.

Today is an off day. i now take grapefruit ruby red juice with my phera and epistane to enchance absorption.

my back is still totally red and it hurts to do anything last night benching really hurt when i switched to powerstance and put my weight right on my shoulderblades they were like on fire but i had a good workout and thats all that matters.

-if anyone would recommend me to stack last 3 weeks with a certain product feel free to now screw it out as id have to start pronto or last 2 weeks or something.

OK so today i helped some old guy exfbi to move some boxes got paid 25bucks and treated myself to pancakes haha after my normal breakfast. did 3eggs moz cheese, serving oatmeal, one scoop protein, glass oj and coffee

went to CVS and long and behold i found one of those arm blood thing tests so i stuck my arm in and i was already super sweaty and worked up alittle just by walking there cuz its soo hot im dripping wet. the numbers are

but those are the 3 numbers hopefully they arent HORRIBLE but im sharing this to help myself and just to share based on some random computer arm thing

I didn't know you had a workout log, I just came across it and have been reading up from page 1.
ahh very cool. yea its not that old a old. but you can see i used to lift heavier weights hehe. o well im slowly catching up hells yeaaa baby. and ive just as heavy as ive ever been and alittle less BF too so its good.

-humm. i feel totally normal now that i take support supps not near my PHs. and spreadout across the day. no throat issues anymore which leads me to believe it was the phera plex or the compination of supplements together and not spreadout as i have conituned to take all the same supplements. or my body adapted to them i dont know. however my legs appear to still have some small red spots but no other things have continued.
-i really dont feel anything while on epistane. i feel totally normal. still doing 30mg daily. not sure if i wanna bump to 40 or higher till the bottle runs out. im really in no rush.
-if anyone thinks i should bump to 40 feel free to comment. and i think my weight gain has complete stopped since phera went away. and i refuse to weight myself in morning since it stops going up haha. ill weight myself in a few days or something

ok today marks the 4th week of epistane while the 8th week of my cycle already wow. so i might stop tonight with epistane and start PCT pronto tomm.. plzz give me alittle advice on how to take my Toremifene 120mg (2ml) i think for 3 days i was told. then bump down to 90 for week.

that was the proposed PCT cycle for myself any other advice would be great.

i have 200mg epistane left. think ill just hold off to jumpstart another cycle or something. what do you guys think.

to respond to pistons response what do or did i feel off 30mg epistane for 4 weeks. honestly. NOTHING. besides maybe a headache during some workouts. my weight didnt go up once while on epistane. once the pheraplex stopped my weight didnt move for the last 4 weeks pratically. really dissappointed on this cycle. maybe the two in a row isnt a good idea. i really dont think i did anything wrong. my diet really didnt change muhc till this past weekend when i was away. diet was decent but missed 2 meals a day cuz well normal people just dont eat as much as us.

forgot to mention. based on the advice of a new semi workout partner someone really nice and alittle bigger then me but nice and strong squats 315 and will be a great workout partner advised that i should make my inzer lever belt one notch tighter

so i made it one tighter. and today squating it was soo tight that it make me feel so sick and that my insides were gonna throw right outta my mouth. is this how it should feel? of course my belt is still really tight brand new. so should i get used to this feeling or make it one looser and just deal with that for a while then try making it one tighter in future?

alright guys so ill start SERM tonight. afraid of the taste maybe ill try the shot glass shoot method.

also taking 3 diesel test hardcore pills for the first five days spread out over 3 servings 1 pill at a time. unless told otherwise.

and still not sure about the restore. most guys tell me to take it starting right away. but chuck diesel said i dont need too again his post was.

post cycle therapy you can run the DIESEL TEST hardcore solo without the restore. You dont need to stack DTH with another herbal test booster or anti-estrogen during PCT. U can just run the restore after the DTH. Also restore has chasteberry which lowers prolactin and increase LH, but in males it also lowers testosterone....dont really know why its in test boosters (maybe i will find the study and post it). If anything stack the DTH with Raw Test, but def. not a product with an anti-estogen compound, its not nec. with DTH.

SUMMARY OF CYCLE JUST DONE
-gained about 10lbs total with most if it by week 2.5, weight didnt change for the following 3.5 weeks.
-i dont think i leaned out at all waist stayed about the same the entire cycle.
-i am happy with my results from the pheraplex gaining 10lbs while on that and nothing changeing in reguards to weight after that
-i started the cycle with a new workout routine. throughtout the cycle i made great progress. not to PR after PR. but progresss to closing in on my older PRs. tonights workout is making me really close !!!
-i dont want to say im dissapointed with epistane but all i did was make continunal progress which is great but that should happen with proper diet and training anyway. i know phera gave me 10lbs.
-side effects started off horrible. they must be from the pheraplex or the fact that i wasnt spreading out my support supplements when i took phera and epistane dosages.
-side effects went away towards the middle of my cycle i think and i really spreadout any support supplements away from dosages of phera and or epistane.
-just started my rehab or PCT which will last about 4 weeks unless i spread it out to 6 but that might not be recommened we shall see i will ask you guys what you think. that would requre lowering the dosages and just extending it a week or two
-hope this summary was decent. not sure what else to mention. o yea
-acne. nothing really changed for the most part. my back has actually cleared up alittle. while my chest maybe got alittle worse. nothing out of the norm.
-headaches happened on and off mostly only during certain workouts they were pretty painfull but never lasted long and dont recall having them away from my workouts
-libido talk actually confuses me because i dont know much about it or how to explain it properly and im sure ill be made fun of on one of these forums for this following post.
-im pretty sure my pecker has gotten smaller. or at least while not hard it is smaller. my balls i think got alittle smaller too. i want to say that i was really horny all cycle but im always really horny anyway.
-and actually having a hard time staying hard sometimes during umm whackoff
-well this is as honest as i can make this log. i look foward to PCT. and look foward to any advice anyone wants to share

-had a horrible workout 2 days ago. first day back in gym after taking 4 days off to spend time with a best friend who fractured his hip. it was great rehab for me and him and was great being away from home and with a great friend
-my diet wasnt as good which can be expected. normal people dont eat 5-6 meals a day esp at our quanties so when i did my workout i was pissed and only did half of it before i was kicked out cuz it was some loser ladies night thing
