    They are based on building strength through heavy lifts and higher frequency then most workout. The extra isolation movements are for some hypertrophy through somewhat minimal volume . Once I start cutting, I'll be minimizing volume to 1 set a lift and utilizing cardio a lot more.

    Goblet squats(will transition to front squats once I max out the dumbbells to see how that effects my shin splint)

    Neutral grip lat pulldowns
    185x10
    185x9 1/2

    Calf press(need stronger and bigger calf, going to try to not bounce them but be more controlled)
    155x25
    155x20
    155x15
    155x8

    Chin ups
    BWx10
    BWx10
    BWx4

    Going to see if I can actually roll with this, my work schedule kills me so I always run through it so I can sleep.

    Planks SS Ab roller with toes on ground

    I didn't and won't count what I do but here is a video, they are hard as **** lol

    They do look hard as fak! Pretty sure I know what would happen if I tried to do them

    Lol they were hard af, I'm sure if u start doing the Ab roller regularly you would be able to do it!

    I have to do security at a church so I banged out a quick session early. I might also me getting a paid position depending on the pay and hours.

    My legs are feeling bigger and my jeans are tighter which is good and bad lol. After I'm done with with ABE I'll be trying out the Viper by ALR. I won't be in too much of a deficiency to preserve as much muscle as possible, I'll be doing mostly cardio rather then cutting my calories. I'll be staying at a 250 deficit the whole run.

  9. Looking at getting primabolan for a first cycle, sounds like a great AAS for recomping. I'd probably eat maintenance or a little above and do a ton of cardio.

    Advanced Ab rollers- I felt something pop or crack so i did 2 Reps and stopped, no pain or anything now so I think I'm all good their.

    My next run will be a recomp, possibly Osta and YK 11 or Var and YK 11. I need to find a doctor so I can do bloods, anyone know to to go about asking a doctor for bloods pre cycle, post cycle, and after the pct?
