My name is Raymond. I started serious weight lifting November 2012. I weighed 119/120 lbs at that point. I did some lifting in Iraq and Afghanistan but didnt do it anymore after coming back from the year long deployments. I am currently preparing myself to go to Ranger School and want to weigh in at 135+ when I get there. I am going to log each workout I do from yesterday and so on everyday that I can. I work 48 on and 48 off during each cycle we pick up so its kind of hard to do all the work outs.

I currently weight 127 as of 1 May 2013. I will do a weekly weigh in.

Hand Stand Pushups: 5 sets of 3

Muscle ups: 5 sets of 3

Hammer Curls: 5 sets of 6-8; 30lbs
Barbell Curls: 5 sets of 6-8; 30 lbs
Close Grip EZ bar Curls: 6-8 reps of 35, 55, 55, 65, 65.

Post workout: Ate a serving of chicken Alfredo. 2 Scoops of Muscle Pharm Combat Powder.
