Weighed in at 199 this morning. Probably need to up cals due to the volume and intensity I have been at lately. Talked to some holmies at the gym today and a few are doing the Rocky Mountain Classic in 6 months so that sounds like a solid timeframe for my first show. I am probably going into the AR program around November so I could do the show then go straight back to bein a Marine again...
