Pretty boss girl! Try them ATG at some point. Start light and work up. I started ATG a few months ago and made awesome gains compared to parallel

It's all about technique but once you get it down you'll love em I swear! I make my wife do ATG and then we work up to maximum effort with parallel box squats for strength training. She loves that routine

3mg of melatonin should do the trick and knock you out at night.

This mornings workout: I'm still shaking from this! Had 1/2 scoop enhanced mixed with 1/2 scoop mesomorph preworkout, had me focused throughout n buzzing like crazy!

    Standing lateral raises
    4x7x6kg each hand

    Cable rope high pulls
    4x10x25kg

    Seated dumbbell shoulder press
    4x10x10kg each hand

    Triset two..
    6x10 swiss ball crunches
    6x10 garhammer raises
    6x10 Schwarzenegger raises..
Plus some extra lower ab work that has my core feeling tight as anything, seeing some definition coming in slowly
