Did 17.5km/h Sprints this morning, got a good sweat going :)...hoping this will help me get another win at football on the weekend..

Leg day tomorrow morning, keen as already..trying to keep myself distracted whilst waiting on some news lol...I'm thinking heavy weights and max reps haha

Legs are absolutely wrecked after workout. Pushed myself Harder than I ever thought possible. Enhanced gave me aggression, focus n insane pump. Details asap

This morning's workout: Day 6: legs
Triset one (4 sets)
BB squat 5-7 reps 1:7x50kg
2:7x50kg
3:7x50kg
4:6x55kg
5:6x60kg

Lying leg curls 10-12 reps
4x10x10kg

Calf raises-squatting 4x25

Triset 2:
BB deadlift
1:6x50kg
2:6x50kg
3:6x55kg
4:5x60kg

Walking lunges 10-12 reps
4x10x12.5kg each hand (up from 10kg weights)

Calf stretches 4x10

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but if a girl like myself wanted to get into competing, is there a beginners kinda level in most competitions? How is it organised? Just curious :)

Just finished cardio n abs sesh, n I must say, im kinda excited to see how much my mid section has changed since week one, being almost the end of week three now ..ooh yeah :)

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but if a girl like myself wanted to get into competing, is there a beginners kinda level in most competitions? How is it organised? Just curious :)
Oh yes, there are multiple ways of competing. Some are counties, cities, townships etc. And then they get higher up such as state and trying to make nationals. They also have smaller levels than that, can't rly explain it because I Havnt done any but yeah

Yesterdays workout, really enjoyed it :) combo of alphamine and jack3d micro gave me great focus, energy and pumps..

Day one:Torso
Triset 1:4 sets, supersetted...
DB bench press 5-7 reps
4x5x14kg each hand

DB Flye 10-12 reps
4x10x5kg each hand

Dips (assisted)
1-10 reps
4x10x15kg assisted

Triset 2:
Neutral grip pull up (assisted) 5-7 reps
4x7x20kg

Ez bar bent rows 10-12 reps
4x10x30kg

Seated cable row 1-10 reps
4x10x20kg...Chris helped me adjust my technique here, which I really appreciated cos now I feel more of a burn :)

Great workout, going into week four now, bring it on!!! :)

Triset one:
Incline close grip BB press 5-7 reps (4 sets)
3x6x25kg
4th set 5x27.5kg

Reverse french press 10-12 reps
4x10x15kg (up from 12.5kg)

EZ skull crusher 1-10 reps
4x10x17.5kg (up from 15kg)

Triset two:
EZ preacher curl 5-7 reps
4x7x17.5kg

DB cummerford curl 10-12 reps
3x10x7.5kg each hand
4th set 10x8kg each hand

Incline hammer curl 1-10 reps
3x10x7.5kg each hand
4th set 8kg each hand

Great start to the day :)

Thanks mate :), Ive recently started using enhanced ( courtesy of Chris :) ), and this has made my workouts even more focused, I just never wanna stop lifting!! Haha. Appreciate the support mate, ur killing it in over in your log as well, great stuff!

Haha hey mate, that's cool! Yeah really good thanks, strength is building nicely, n starting to get some good tone in the arms n mid section, which is cool...my energy n focus is awesome at the moment :)

Was gonna have a rest day today, but couldn't resist training in the end lol... Had one scoop of enhanced, then did 17.5km/h sprints for 20 mins, as well as
4x10 garhammer raises
4x10 swiss ball crunches
4x10 schwarzenegger raises

Quick workout to get me focused for the day :).... Abs, arms back n shoulders tomorrow :)

This mornings workout:
Standing lateral raises
4x7x6kg each hand

Cable rope high pulls
3x10x21kg
Last set 10x22.5kg

Seated dumbbell shoulder press
4x10x10kg each hand

Triset two..
6x10 swiss ball crunches
6x10 garhammer raises
6x10 Schwarzenegger raises...increased by a set since last week, and Will increase by another set each week...

Core feeling crazy tight after this, n arms r shakey...nice feeling :)

Haha thanks for the nice words mate, ur right, when it comes to training, Chris n I give it everything we've got :) training after work today, torso workout and a dance class...can't wait!!

This arvos workout: had 1 scoop of enhanced preworkout, really woke me up n got me buzzed :)

Last day or two of rest from training, and gearing up to hit the weights hard again in a new gym!!! Arms, back, core and legs will all feel the burn again soon....ooooh. yeah :)

Yeah I just took some time off to let the body recover. Came back swingin in my lifts too! Felt great to be back, break was well worth it.

It really helps! And yeah, when i got back to gym, I felt a million times better and more keen to tackle the weights!!
