Killin my training, feeling really confident. I just might win the contest somehow.. unless there's some freak completely changing their lifestyle lol o.o! About 19 days left in the finaflex contest which still leaves me room to tweak things up. One thing I rly noticed too is just muscle hardness. I feel really solid which I can def see for myself. Keep up the good work!

Just cranked out another full body workout, arms and legs both shaking and the core is tight :)....really enjoyed pushing out every last rep! details asap

Single Leg BB RDL 3 x 12 with 15kg barbell
Single Arm DB Press 3 x 12x12.5kg
Chinese Row 3 x 12x12.5kg
RF Stretch 2 x 5 Per Set

Complex 2
Traveling Lunge w DB on Shoulders 2 x 12x15kg each shoulder
Band Pull Aparts 2 x 6
1 Arm DB Floor Press w Supine Bridge 2 x 12x10kg
1 Arm Pull Downs 2 x 12x22.7kg each side

Complex 3
Single Leg Swiss Ball Curls 3 x Max
Swiss Ball Roll Outs 3 x 6
Wall Psoas March 3 x 6 x 2 sec

Single Leg Squat 3 x 12
1/2 Kneeling DB Over Head Press 3 x 12x10kg
DB Row 3 x 12x12.5kg
Heavy Band Hip Flexor Stretch 2 x 5 Per Set
Complex 2
Lateral Squat 2 x 12 holding a 15kg DB
Scapula Dips 2 x 12
Chest Supported 1 Arm DB OHP 2 x 12x10kg
Single Arm 1/2 Kneeling Cable Row 2 x 12x22.7kg
Complex 3
Heavy Band Hip Pull Through 2 x 5
Naked Get-Ups 3 x 5
Push Up Renegade Rows 3 x 6 with 7.5kg db's
Side Bridge 3 x 1 Min

Focus and pump using c4 and alphamine was insane!! Strong start to the day, Awesome feeling :)

c4+alphamine together? How were you not jumping off the walls? Haha. Great work in here, RC. I need to incorporate more single legged workouts. They have helped tremendously!

I pretty much do bounce off the walls when I have that combo lol, its awesome :), energy n focus are off the charts :)...thanks kix, trying to push myself beyond any limits, great feeling!
Yeah the single legged stuff is an enjoyable challenge, highly recommend it :)..you're doing great yourself!!
