With some life changes my old log is now kind of null and void. I'll transfer it over here for the remainder of my off-season.

I've gotten to a comfortable BF% to where I want to begin packing on size. I'll be bulking until around mid-April (providing bf stays in check). I've been on a keto for god knows how long so for the next 4 weeks (after thanksgiving) ill be returning to a more traditional diet split including carbs. No worries, I won't be going too crazy. Then back to a modified keto.

Thanks for the Sub guys!

Workout today, sucked! Huge cluster fukc between work, the gym, and me not having what I needed. Excited to start this bulk, ive got my Anabolic Pump & P-Slin ready to rock and rooooolllllll! Now I just need to buy some carbs this weekend, I figure sweet potatoes will still be on sale. Last year i picked up a ton AFTER thanksgiving for super cheap. Hoping the same will happen this year.

Im thinking of making mashed sweet potatoes with my AI Sports Pumpkin protein mixed in with some maple extract, cinnamon & spledna. :think:

I've never been this vascular before. When I went on stage, but outside of that & during my workout but never randomly like this.
Nice, I love how I never get much vein in my chest when I workout, but sometimes I will just be goofing around and flexing and they come out like that. I think it might have something to do with the muscle pulling blood so fast when you are lifting vs just a push of blood to muscles that don't need it when you flex hard without a load. I dunno maybe I am just BSing... lol

Ate some carbs for breakfast today, feels weird haha. Not stuffing my face just yet but I'm feeling a good food pump right now.

Breakfast was....
6 egg whites with mustard
1/2cup steel cut oats
1TBS coconut butter
Meal breakdown: (p/c/f)
30/27/10

Most meals macro breakdown will probably look like above this week, but I'll probably eat about 10 times with the final meals not having carbs

I'll probably have a shake and some Glycomyx before I hit the gym to deload. I'm also going off all supp's this week too along with no fasted cardio

It'll be a little carb heavy for the next 4 weeks. I'm trying to take advantage of my carb sensitivity. Now when I say carb heavy, 250-300gr is heavy for me, lol.

I just had 2 scoops Flurry protein (from NP) and 1 scoop Goycomyx, holy crap that was like drinking pure sludge. Not taste, but consistency. 20oz water is no match....

I made 8oz chicken & 1/4cup Basami(sp?) rice cooked in mandarin orange olive oil I'll eat for dinner. This meal will probably be a staple for lunch everyday for the next month

Well deload workouts are odd but I went with it none the less. I've got a major sinus headache, my sinuses since moving to the Central Valley have been awful. Thank god I only have 3 more months here!

Here's a little in down of what i did.

Lying leg curls
4x15

Stiff deads (w/ 25's)
2x10

Leg Press
3x10

Hack Squat
3x10

It's not really hack squat, it's a leg press but looks similar to hack squat. There isn't a true hack squat machine. Next week I'll try the "linear hack squat" machine for sets.

I've got a baby pump going, just feels weird lifting 50% for my reps but I know it's what I need. Chest/Shoulders on deck for deload tomorrow.

I hope it's just a coincidence bc I'm tired today, just kinda blah. Had same breakfast as yesterday. I didn't have any coffee today, going the whole week with none then just limiting to 1 per day & no pre-workout stims for 3 weeks.

If this feeling continues, bye bye carbs.....
You changed your AVI?! Mind blown.

Got some nice cyber Monday deals. Bout some Alphamine, Glycofuse & modernBCAA (yes I'm a rep and I bought USPlabs product) I won't be using the Alphamine anytime soon but got it for about $20 so can't turn it down with the hype.

Also bought some almond flour, brown rice flour & unsweetened coconut flour to try in my shakes. Only the brown rice has any sort of carbs, the almond and coconut carbs are pretty much pure fiber.

Any of you guys pick anything up?

Threw some almond flour in the vanilla flurry protein today. Oooo think I've found my new best friend for my keto. 1/2cup almond flour + 2 scoops flurry equals 64/20 (9gr fiber)/42 p/c/f. Once I'm out of that and into TrueNutrition whey the carbs will be a lot less
just got my first batch of truenutrition custom 20lbs LOL

10lbs natural chocolate... doc wanted this so we got it and she doesnt like it now shes drinking my strawberry and shreddedlabs cake batter and Im drinking the effin chocolate LOL

Haha I've been there before.

Thanks boss. I'm going to start doing a lot more videos, trying to help guys out. Sometimes it's a battle figuring out "what's next?" And I hope my experience can help guide others.

Treated myself post workout with two of these bad boys. Pumpkin pancakes, used the AI sports pumpkin pie protein some cinnamon, all spice, maple flavor, vanilla & pancake mix. Breakdown before syrup is about 40/45/10

Nice. I have a tub of that protein, but haven't made anything with it besides a batch of ice cream. I might give those a try in the morning.
