    10lbs natural chocolate... doc wanted this so we got it and she doesnt like it now shes drinking my strawberry and shreddedlabs cake batter and Im drinking the effin chocolate LOL

  6. Well today's deload turned into a workout arms and abs. I felt great doing my 1st "set" and I figured it had been 5 days so what the hell...

    Nice. I have a tub of that protein, but haven't made anything with it besides a batch of ice cream. I might give those a try in the morning.

  24. Holy H my legs are sore today. I even ate like a champ yesterday too, probably close to 400gr of protein. I ended up eating a few rounds of those pancakes lol.

    I think I'm going to treat myself to the "DW special" today after I hit chest & shoulders. Diets been pretty clean this week. Can anyone guess what that is?????

    This is just a weekend treat my friend, when i have literally nothing to do.

    During the week I'm pretty status quo. I'll make my lunch for the week tonight which takes about an hour or so

  29. My dads wife passed away this morning. If you guys could say a prayer for him, I'd be grateful. He's battled alcoholism as long as I've been alive & has been doing pretty well as of late and I am worried about him. He's taking it pretty hard, which is to be expected. Thanks guys.
