Well deload workouts are odd but I went with it none the less. I've got a major sinus headache, my sinuses since moving to the Central Valley have been awful. Thank god I only have 3 more months here!
Here's a little in down of what i did.
Lying leg curls
Stiff deads (w/ 25's)
It's not really hack squat, it's a leg press but looks similar to hack squat. There isn't a true hack squat machine. Next week I'll try the "linear hack squat" machine for sets.
I've got a baby pump going, just feels weird lifting 50% for my reps but I know it's what I need. Chest/Shoulders on deck for deload tomorrow.
