    I'm going to do test powder with all my pills pre workout tomorrow instead of intra and one scoop post with my pills

    Hyper t2 is a good prod man. If I had it I'd stack with Recomp and aav2 and osthole. Hehe I got a ton of powder here to play with

    Lol ok so 20 week off-season over over view.

    Started IF post contest and added waaaaay too much bodyfat. Started carb cycling and went into a recomp

    8 week recomp went very well (included Versa-1) dropped about 2%bf and kept overall body weight the same.

    The past 8 weeks I've been slowly adding size with some bf gains but nothing too much, waist is still roughly the same measurement. Diet has been heavier on carbs but timed and using GDA's. I've went carb heavy weekends/2 or 3 days a few times here and there and has helped keep my sanity and add size.

    Last 4 weeks have been TestPowder/Prime/HypterT2/ALCAR (amongst staples and pre-workouts)

    All told I've added about 15lbs since my weight has steadied (over about 16 weeks) but closer to 40 since I was on stage hehe

    How'd I do? Lol

    Well novice is only 2 classes usually, 176 below and above. Open is more narrowed.

    I'd be a middle weight in the open class, which I believe is 153 to 176.

    Light heavy is 176.5-198.

    I would love to come in at the very top of middle weight class. That'd mean 176 & shredded glutes, like 3% bf if I made it. If I do a 16 week prep and start with a bodyfat of between 12-15% I think I can do it starting from 225 & 12% (roughly 195lbs lean body mass) take in account water loss and muscle I'm bound to lose it'll make it close, we shall see.

    Thanks for the info DW. I didn't realize how much weight you actually end up dropping before a show. So I'd most likely have to shoot for 176 as well if I wanted to compete. Well good luck brotha, looks like you have a decent plan going.

    No problem. You're leaner though and drier than I am so your weight loss probably won't be as drastic. However, I'd still account for at least 30lbs to get into contest shape.

    Cardio this morning was walking about a mile to autozone and buying a new battery for my car, walking back and changing it. Outstanding start to me day! Actually, not a big deal. Glad it died now as opposed to Friday when I drive back east.

    Breaking news.....I did 10min HIIT cardio tonight! I was bored and decided to go hit abs/calfs and figured Ahhhh what the hell, I kinda of want some carbs tonight.

    Not to mention, it was on the stairmaster. It was brutal, heart rate was in the high 180's by the end. I followed it up with a 10min walk on the tredmill for a cool down. My legs were uber pump'd. I probably won't be doing that again anytime soon. Maybe when I recomp hard starting in April/May.

    Slammed a shake and a Gluten free cinnamon raisin bagel with some spray butter topped with cinnamon/sugar and a drizzle of homey......hit the spot!

    Appetite wasn't huge today, I only had 4 meals. They were a little larger but calories were overall lower but other than morning activities I didn't really do anything too crazy.

    Haha I forgot about that show ("Southie Rules"). I guess it airs tomorrow. I did have film crews on my street for a week last year, but I think that was for a movie. It'll definitely have my neighborhood in it though. I heard its wicked scripted

    It should be intersting. I think the show is based on an old school family that doesn't like the "yuppies" trying to take over South Boston...I think I actually told you that the place has changed a lot recently haha.

    Yeah, before AB, the only time I'd heard hella was from Cartman (South Park) lol.

    Had a phenomenal back workout today. Vascularity was crazy, looked a little flat but was super dry. Hmmmmm. O'well I don't know numbers as parley I'm just training by feel since I'm coming off my de-load.

    Did you ditch the stretchers? I have back tomorrow and I'm gonna give them one more shot and then I'm gettin rid of them. Not a fan so sat I'd rather do seated pull downs with the tri-handle instead I think.

    Yeah but just bc I'm changing things up. I love em but, you need the right set up. My old gym, I hated them. The bench & pulley were at an odd angle/height.

    That's exactly my problem. The pully seems extremely low? I have pretty long arms too so that doesn't help I think. I have to stand extremely far away just to feel a slight stretch
