    Well gym schedule is all messed up. Hours were different and their closed tomorrow. I'll hit it on Monday, back to traditional DC 3 day split.

    Really thinking about going hard these next 4 weeks before my cut with food intake. Go back to traditional DC eating too. Heavy protein (2x's/lbs) pro/fat & pro/carb meals. Carb cut off at 7pm. That's about 65gr/meal for me which isn't far off now (I only eat 4 times vs 6 times) carbs will probably be close to the same. Using AP, P-Slin & Recompadrol. Training fasted (FTP) I can get close to 400gr of those carbs before noon so 6, no problem

    I've got nothing to do tomorrow so I'll just sit and plan my method of attack.

    Decided on eating patterns. This is how training days will look and started my Versa-1/Compound 20/TestPowder stack

    FTP Protocol (1 AP pre-workout)
    Train
    -1 AP+ 500mg P-Slin post workout after last set

    Post workout
    3 scoops whey
    3 cups Life cereal
    2 pop tarts

    2 Recompadrol
    Meal 1
    10 egg whites+2 whole eggs
    1 cup oatmeal (dry)
    6oz sweet potato

    2 Recompadrol
    Meal 2:
    10oz chicken
    3/4 cup Rice (dry)

    Meal 3:
    2 scoops Whey
    4TBS PB or AB

    Meal 4:
    10-12oz ground beef
    2 cups broccoli

    Meal 5:
    6 egg whites
    4 oz deli meat
    Peppers & onions

    2 Recompadrol before bed

    Non training days the carbs will be not be cereal and pop tarts . I'll trade those out for oatmeal, rice or sweet potatoes (probably my pancake recipe)

    Thanks guys. I've found with P-Slin, seems to work better for pumps and vascularity, for me, with more simple carbs.

    Plus it's easier to get down 170gr of carbs when it's cereal and pop tarts lol

    I'm sitting between 205-210 (weights really been fluctuating) but hopefully I'll be 210 in the AM after this 4 week "blast". I'll move straight into cutting

    -30 sec hold

    Seated DB press 15-30RP
    55x29RP

    Hammer Strength Dip 15-30RP
    225x31RP

    Lat Pull Down 15-20RP
    190x24RP
    -30sec hold

    Cable Straight Bar Row 10-12SS
    70x12SS

    All stretches were held for 60 seconds. I'll try and work my way up to 90sec hold DOMS is already setting in and it's only been about an hour.

    Great job man. Those stretches/holds sound brutal yet fun

    I know you're a pb fan, so I'd suggest grabbing some pb toast crunch. It's fantastic. I miss my mornings with 6-7 cups of cereal lol.

    Those static holds are a whole different ball game. I missed my third meal bc I passed out for 2hrs, lol. O'well, I've been farting all day from all this food! Guy health to the rescue.

    Bought myself a birthday present today. Watch from GUESS, they had a bogo sale so I spent some $$$ bc i need new summer clothes. Good thing was I basically saved close to $200 so I'm not mad bc of the sales. I tried posting a picture but of course....won't load. FML. Silver band and rim with a White face and chrome tickings. Water proof

    Good workout this morning. Went to the Cavs game tonight, sat court side, like a boss. It was fun even though they were blown out.

    I love downtown Cleveland, can't wait for it to warm up.

    Update: may be dying.

    I've been super sick these past two weeks & am having a wisdom tooth that's coming in. To say eating is a chore would be grossly understated.

    I don't know how much weight I've lost, probably a good but bc I'm not getting close to enough calories. Gym has been hit or miss bc some days I simply can't breathe properly (on top of asthma) so needless to say I'm rather furious. Body fat is reducing but Id assume LBM is also.

    I don't know how much weight I've lost, probably a good but bc I'm not getting close to enough calories. Gym has been hit or miss bc some days I simply can't breathe properly (on top of asthma) so needless to say I'm rather furious. Body fat is reducing but Id assume LBM is also.
    Sucks man. All 4 of my wisdom teeth were impacted. Had them ripped out of my head in highschool. Best of luck getting back to good health.

    Total side note/rant. I coach an 11U premier baseball team, we tried adding a 10yr old who just moved here from TN. Kid can pitch and hit well, told parents he may not play much but would benefit a lot from our coaching instruction. Kids parents were 100% on board. Then we told the other parents about the addition of a 14th player (10 play at a time bc of an extra hitter).....all hell broke loose.

    Parents were outraged about how their kid may not play now, WTF?!?!? It's travel baseball, we don't have playing time rules, that's rec league. Parents went over our (me and other coach) heads and called the owner complaining bc they pay a decent amount of $$$ for their kids to play. (btw if they were to get private lessons with me, they'd be paying 10x's that amount for the work i put in with the kids)

    Long story short.....Now we have to tell this kid he cannot join out team. In summary the patents, in essence, dictated who I brought on MY travel baseball team. The first I've heard of this. I guess everyone should get a college degree bc they pay $$$ for school?

    Rant/ ugh....fml

    I'll be out until the 3rd week of May. Appendix was taken out Wednesday afternoon. Currently posted up on the couch eating yogurt, broth & jello. May get brave and try some PB&J toast this evening. I'll be out of work until May8th. My procedure was a little more intense than just taking out my appendix. I had stones and the onset of gang green, total freak thing. Worked Tuesday and even lifted and felt fine, woke up about 4am Wednesday crippled.
