    Deadlifts were exhausting today, after I finished them (short 2 reps) I was already smoked but just tried to push through and end the week strong.

  6. As I was writing down tomorrows workout I noticed that my last workout was written on the back of an old back workout.

    3-9-12 Back, Abs
    Dead Lift [email protected]@[email protected]@[email protected]@275 PB

    7-20-12 Back, Biceps
    Deadlift [email protected]@[email protected]@[email protected]

    Really speaks to how effective logging your progress is, especially with all the support, and feels good to look back on it IMO. Definitely a motivator coming into this next week. Gonna try for 4x4 @ 230-Bench 330-Squat 145-Mil and 405-Deads.

    Chest Concentrations [email protected]
    Rope Pulldown [email protected]
    Dips [email protected]

    Strength just wasn't there today for some reason. Got some good spotting on bench though and really had to work for all the reps that I did get. Still got a good pump and I can already feel that I got a good workout. Gonna stick wtih 230 for 3x3.

    Seated Calf Raise [email protected]@[email protected]

    Pretty good leg day, got tired doing squats but still feel like I worked hard. Bad angle on the squat vid, didn't want to crowd another guy squatting in a diff rack with my camera. I assure you I went parallel.
