    Thanks man, been going hard. USPA nationals in 5 Weeks hoping for 500 300 550 at 181. Then I'd really like to get 1383 to qualify for the next RUM.

    I finally made some bench progress and hit 293 recently, still suck... 530/293/600 was my latest meet.

    It was a small meet of about 37 college lifters I believe, and I'm pretty sure I had the highest total for that meet in general, would have been much higher if my deadlift had gone as planned as I only got my opener. Thanks though.

  15. Fell a rep short of a new squat PR today. I feel good about it for next time though. Looking to hit 445x4 and 455x3 and 465x2 before my meet. If I get those I feel like 500 is basically assured at Nationals.

    You ever do pin squats or reverse band to overload the top?

    Agreed, that sticking point is painfully obvious every time I have grind out a rep. I'll bet I could get my squat up more, if I got stronger right there.

  32. 280 Bench for a PR tonight, came close on 290. Then tried to get 280 with a pause command, but it just wasn't there after fighting 290. Pretty good though, 2 bench PRs in 3 weeks. 300 may be a stretch but I know I can do 286, maybe I'll try 291 too, will talk to Adrian. Feeling pretty good about this, I never benched over 265 coming into my last meet and locked out 286 with a butt lift. I'm also cutting weight right now, I think with the excitement of Vegas competition and a ton of food in me post weigh ins, bench should go well. This is essentially my last big day, next week gonna do my opener. I think I'll open at 260 or 265.

  36. Moved reeeeally well Doja. I think if you're in a singlet and you tie off your knee wraps so the tag end is poking up on the top of your knee, you get whites easily. If you're not wearing wraps, then fŁck you, that's better than I can do! Hahahaha. With the way those moved, there's no reason you can't sink another half inch and still bang 'em out anyway.

    Herder, I think the same about if I was in a singlet, also those are just my SBD sleeves. I feel like they give me a little pop out the hole. Never used wraps.

    That's awesome stuff, man. I'm a knee wrap whore. The biggest I've ever squatted without them is 475 for a single. I've heard great things about the SBD's, but I have yet to put the money aside for them. Some time in the future I will give them a spin.
