Whatup yall?

I hope yall tucked my last log in your memory bank and maybe even forgotten it. It's in the past, no turning back. Only looking forward. Follow me tear 'dis bish up' (thanks Met for dat one)!

The HISTORY: Phase 2 of what I'm calling a 3 phase process. 1st phase was to ignite my metabolism with a 6 week stack from LG Sciences 'Trifecta Stack'.
In the 6 weeks, I lost 25.5lbs, 5.1%BF.

In the 2 weeks 'off', I've maintained diet to a 't' and training is up to snuff. First 8 weeks are up, this will be another 8 week run, and the final phase most likely will be another 8 weeks. This phase I'm looking to get from 16s to 11-12's.

The STACK!: 8 weeks. 5 weeks of Primordial Performance Tren stacked with LG's M1D for weeks. Tren will be run at 100mg/day for 5 weeks, M1D will be run for
4 weeks, 5pills/day. After M1D runs out, I'm going to run Testopro for 4 weeks and finish up with LG's Formadrol. I have CEL Cycle Assist to help with intangibles and Vitex to help with progesterone.

The STAPLES: CEE, BCAA's in every shake and intraworkout, Fish Oil 1000mg 2pills/3xday, Yellow Gold 3 or 4 times per day. Multivitamin/ED.

The FlexIBLES: White Flood for preworkout, JAcked for preworkout, 1-C for sleep/recovery, GHEnerate is still in my rotation from the last run.
OEP for fat burning. Not sure whether I'm going to keep taking whilst on the stack.

The Diet:
Mon-Fri
Meal 1 - 50P/27C
Meal 2 - 50p/27C
Meal 3 - Lunch, Varies but my portion size is no bigger than my fist.
Meal 4 - 7P/32C/16F
Meal 5 - Postworkout, 50P/50CC
Meal 6 - Dinner, Varies but portion size if no bigger than my fist and carbs are thinned if not eliminated.


Sat-Sun
Meal 1 - Postworkout, 50p/50cc
Meal 2 - 50p/27C
Meal 3 - Dinner, varies
Meal 4 - 20-30p

I lose a few meals on the weekend because of my extended sleep time.

The Training SPlit: Same as my first 8 weeks.

Sun - Chest/Shoulders/Bis, 20 min cardio, 15 min sauna
Mon - Back/Tris/Traps, 20 min cardio, 15 min sauna
Tues - Legs, 20 min cardio, 15 min sauna
Wed - Off (cardio) 1 HR
Thurs - Shoulders/Chest, 20 min cardio, 15 min sauna
Fri - Arms/Back, 20 min cardio, 15 min sauna
Sat - Off (cardio) 1 HR

All cardio is low intensity, 123-145BPM.

I'll weigh in every Sunday and check BF%. Sunday is a mini-goal of mine. Striving for consistency to get the numbers helps me when I want to sway.

I'll have new pics up after 4 weeks on the stack and then at the end of week 8.

Some random notes after 8 weeks of this:
-Never felt better.
-Training 1 bodypart 2x per week has been awesome. My muscles are constantly full, challenged.
-Diet is my diet and not on a diet per se. I eat to satisfy not to be overly full. I'm never hungry or crave anything really. In the 8 weeks, I can say I
haven't indulged in 1 sweet, 1 piece of fried food and only drank once. This 8weeks will be the same.

Numbers tomorrow. I've lost more weight and dropped more BF.

From week 6 to now, thats another 3 lb loss and 1.2%BF. Coming off alot slower now but it's all good.

By the way, I think we may be prepping closer together. My quad is still recovering and I don't want to rush recovery because of a schedule so I am choosing now to wait for a fall show.

NO lbm loss there then? Looking good!
Not sure actually. 7th week I lost 2 lbs and this week 1 lb. 7th to 8th week my BF went down but this week the numbers were the same (BF measures). I lost 1lb LBM, either water or truly LBM. However, it looks like I lost fat as my waist continues to slim. Next weeks numbers should be tell-tale.

Great to see you fellaz.

How does the OEP..Jacked combo treat you Flex?
Sundays and the occasional weekday I only dose both. Sundays because I do a fasted workout upon wakening. I only use 1 scoop of Jacked if a fat burner is present.

I love it man, when things are going well, I always get into that 'zone' of extreme focus. Lately, I think because of PCT and my schedule I haven't gotten in that 'zone' that frequently but for this run, I'm going to eliminate anything that doesn't contribute to gains.

I will also occasionally dose with White Flood as well. I think I have better pumps and workout with White Flood vs Jacked when coupled with OEP, however, I DO crash with WF.

Never tried WF but love Jacked. OEP is great for mental focus and an overall good feeling.

I actually take blood pressure meds for something not related to BB'ing at all.

I'm hoping they do the trick.

come if this is a small indication.
-Muscles are getting harder.
-Not all gravy, this morning BP was definitely up. Took my BP meds and
it got better. CEL Cycle Assist is in transit, we'll hit that double time.
-Legs tomorrow..LETS DO THIS!

On another note, I live in MA but used to goto Portland, TN and Nashville quite frequently. Lotta nice folks down there and some damn good food!

-Diet is still on. Haven't swayed a bit.
-No sauna, sauna was broke...there goes the icing on the cake.
-Reps were slow and very controlled today.

Yummmmm!!! Wall Squats!! Love them. Im also a Lunges guy. Will be doing Legs tomorrow so i cant wait. Hope you get adjusted to your dose man. I think you will be OK you go hard so regardless what you have to dose I think you will get results!

I think its sickness actually. I feel the flu coming on. Sore eyes, lethargic, sore throat, minor cough.

Tomorrow is just a cardio day. Might be a day to call out and sleep all day. I'm really feeling like 2 dollars right now..

Keep hydrated man you have come a longgggg way!! Vitamin C pills help me Tremendously when i feel "IT" coming on Good Luck!

Try taking in extra Taurine it is supposed to help with some of the health issues associated with PH's. You may want to get some Cycle Support or something to run alongside that stuff. Hope you feel better Bro!

I think at this point I would pin before taking another PH, one that was supposed to be lower sides screwed me up inside of 2 weeks. Then I found out what it really was and quit it. I felt like crap though, and extra Taurine helped a little bit with the back and leg pumps and some of the hydration issues.

Not sure, I took Epistane... supposedly rather mild, if that ish was mild I can not imagine being on something harsher. I had another bottle of some other stuff too that was stronger and I straight up gave it to a buddy of mine without even opening it. Not for me, if I was going to do something that kept me out of natty shows it would be injectibles to save my liver. However I am feeling pretty good with my natty supps and am more than happy sticking to them.

Day 4 - Cardio

1 HR.

-Got through. Not running on NOS like before, more like coal.

-Status quo with work, training, and diet. All on-point.

-Shoulders tomorrow. Cycle Assist arrives and I'm gonna eat those skittles.

-This fuggin fat takes FOREVER to lose!!

How long did it take you to gain it?? Give it that same amount and then some to get rid of it. Just know that it will come off bubba!!

Years of neglect really. Even when I was working out 5 times a week, my diet was 'whatever'. That included good stuff and bad stuff. Id do streches of good with little results because of inconsistency. This game is all diet. Its easy to see.

Expect wow results from my first transformation. I'm expecting the same for this run. As soon as I get my 2nd wind, I'm gonna be full force.

Just a thought I've had.

If I keep feeling this way even after my support, I think the cycle will turn from 5 weeks TREN/8wks M1D to 4 weeks of both finish with PCT and start fresh Week 17 with a Natadrol cycle.

I dont want to entirely scrap this yet, but I'm in this to get results and feel great while doing so. I feel like garbage and its just not worth my time, health and I feel I'm wasting energy trying to feel better. Again, we'll keep pace with this, but I'll be making a strong evaluation come weeks end.

Just FYI for the bros.

-K. So my day went better, not 100% but my workout was remarkable.
Strength wasn't up, intensity was, lower rest periods, full muscles;
almost freaky lookin. WOW. Leaner, can tell. Waist is pulling in some.
Feelings of being ashamed in the mirror are changing dramatically.
-CEL Cycle Assist is in. Dosed 4 caps as soon as I got home. Also dosed
2 Vitex. Will do 8caps a day, 4 Vitex per day for the the life of the
Tren run.
-Can't wait for Arms/Back tomorrow. I'm ready to tumble any obstacle!
