Clen or Winny?

What is the best weight loss between clen and winny?
If something else also works please add?

But right off the bat, don't default to using substances like clen and winny, the aren't needed for fat loss if your exercise and diet are in check

2 complete different things. Clen is kinda too harsh, I would try Albuterol first less symptoms and decent results.

U can use them both. Winny can be used to cut "dry u out" and the clen seems to increase ur endurance while doing intense cardio, hence the weight loss. Together they make for a sweaty workout session. A lot of ppl use winny as a cutting cycle but in conjunction with clen t does a lot for weight loss if u maintain a decent diet/workout. However just be aware that too much cardio with the winny can result in some muscle loss. If u want to try something "over the counter" first, I suggest he ECA stack. Simple stack of bronkaid pill (ephedrine) 25mg caffeine pill (caffeine) and a baby 81mg aspirin. This pill works wonders for weight loss and appetite suppression. Especially on fasted cardio
