Hey guys I'm new to the page. I'm 25 years old 6ft 235 20%bf. 8 years training. This will be my 3rd cycle. I'm looking to lean out for the summer, I lost 12 pounds since the beginning of January by doing 20-30 min of cardio after my work out Mon-Fri. Im trying to stay away from pinning EOD so I'm looking to do a long ester. I know Test P would be the ideal way to go to cut but if I can get away with pinning Mon and Thurs I would love to do that. My work out regime, diet, previous cycles and potential upcoming cycle are all listed, please give me some feedback on which route to take. I haven't done any shows in the past I'm just looking to really take my physique to the next level. Thanks in advance.
Work out -
Mon- Chest, back cardio
Tues- shoulders arms cardio
Wed- cardio first then legs
Thurs - back , chest cardio
Friday- arms, shoulders cardio
Saturday - fasted AM cardio
Sunday - off
Diet-
730 am- 8 egg whites,
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 Bannana
1.5 liter of water
10:30am - 2 scoop whey protein
1:30pm -2 piece of chicken breast
1 cup vegetables
330pm- 2 piece of chicken breast (or turkey burger )
1 sweet potatoe
5pm - gym
7pm- post work out 2 scoop whey
830pm post work meal
2 piece of chicken breast
Sweet potatoe
Small salad
Previous cycles
1st cycle 12 weeks
Test E 500mg/ week 1-12
Deca 400mg/ week 1-8
Winny tab 50mg ED 6-12
Armidex 1mg tab EOD
Post (started 7 days after last shot of test)
Clomid 100/100/100/100
Nolva 40/40/20/20
2nd cycle 12 weeks
Test E 500mg/week 1-12
Tren A 100mg EOD week 4-10
Arimidex 1mg on hand to control bloating
Post (7days after last shot of test)

Test Cyp 600mg/week 1-12
Clen -2 week on/off starting at 20mcg/day and increasing with tolerance
Winny -(oral liquid ) 50mg ED 6-12
