Well wanted to hit gym so bad, and I did. I had a good bicep day but not particulary what I wanted in terms of feeling. I just have a slight headache from the tooth pull. I still managed to hit a decent lifts. Tomorrow we have a relay for life event so I may get to gym late or wait til Saturday.
seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10
spider db curls: 25 lbs x 10,8,8 lower weight and doing slow control def a difference plus helps with this tennis elbow crap
seated machine preacher curls: 50 lbs x 10,8,8
cable bar curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8
seated preach curls using 45 lbs and doing burnouts that **** about killed me!!
