New Memember with weight loss ??????

Ok first off i did some seacrhing and didnt find the exact answers i was looking for. Im trying to slim down a bit. I have a new job now and i pretty much dont have time to come home for a good lunch. Im usually in a van all day driving around town servicing equipment. So im not as active during the day as i used to be with my old job. Im left doing isometerics and a short run in here and there. What can i do to get my metabolism back since the lack of exercise im facing.

I guess to get to the point i left a job where i was pretty active all day to a job where im sitting most of the day or not doing anything physical. What can i do to get my metabolism back to where it was. If i left out anything you guys may need to know just tell me and i will post it up soon as possible.

Take a burner like ECA and go to the gym when you get off work. We all work during the day, and still hit the gym before/after work. Its all in how bad you want it...
