| Registered User | Alpha-Lactalbumin I purchased some Alpha-Lactalbumin after reading about it as a way to help with sleep. Now I can't find what I was reading anywhere and have no idea what dosage range I had read about. The canister says 10g serving size but I am not sure if it is smart to start with this or gradually increase. I realize its not going to kill me but the side effects of a bunch of lactose in my gut probably won't be much fun if I over do it. Any help on dosing protocol would be apreaciated? Thanks! |

| Registered User | Thanks! I already started trying the GABA, great stuff I only had to take a gram the first time and started feeling groggy. I understand that you will build a tolerance to it over time. I will try and the alphalactalbumin tonight. |
