Greg Nuckols recently wrote an article based off data compiled over the last 4 years (somewhere over 7,000 Men's Open Raw Class, results).

Thoughts? ...where do most of you guys fall?

My total is in the 95th percentile all thanks to my squat

74kg
510 squat
315 bench
550 dead

2 of those (bench and deadlift) are gym Max's and not at a meet so not 100% legit

90kg (so I guess round up to 93kg class)

I'm at 45 on the chart. Nothing special, lots of room for improvement. Having said that perhaps I could rank better. Is this measuring olympic squat ATG? or just breaking parallel as I can probably easily bump my squat 50lb for PL style.

I'm assuming these standards are for natural lifters?

Curious whether he's compiled one for women? Though there's going to be less data out there.

On the bright side, apparently I could compete against men and still fall mid-pack.

He mentioned it being somewhat complicated to separate tested and un tested...these standards are all related to Powerlifting.

Are these based on PL, because they certainly are not numbers for your average male that strength trains. I am 50th percentile in 205, which is closer to my walking around weight than 231.

It's already been mentioned these standards are for PL and combined untested/tested.
