Isn't looking good personal choice? If want to look like a monster that people question if I'm eating the weights and not lifting them, does this not make me look good? Haha. All jokes aside yes there is a difference.

The training part would change minimally, your diet would be the ultimate factor...

I had a heartatack last wek , luckily wth minmal damage , but my doc said I should try and weigh a bit less (6'2 263 pounds wth 18% bf) so im aiming to go down. To 230 pounds but mre lean and riped than bulky ,,

He didn't say the cause either.. Like bp issue? Or anything? Lol. A clean diet and some mild cardio to fix up you cardiovascular system sounds like it would work, but I'm not a doc.

however if you are looking for strength vs mass that would be related to actual training

Some more details on the heart attack?? What caused it besides weight? Hard to think 18%bf would be the sole cause of it

Any chance you could rewrite this?

I honestly don't feel comfortable answering this one but I would consult your Dr. to see if he can get you a script to get a VO2 max test done. A full lab workup and the monitoring on your HR could help aid you in the gym in making sure you don't press yourself over the line of caution and ensure you are actually working within desired ranges for optimal results. Cleaning up your DIET must happen more now than later. No im not talking about browsing countless web pages and thinking you have the answer. Pay a Dietitian to help figure out ALL the details. You will get what you pay for and this is only your LIFE. Sorry for the caps but not everything needs to be a live and learn experience when you know the danger is real. Now this is just my .02 cents as Im not a Dr. but I would get the tests done, and sit down with an expert.

To know there is a problem that has such a huge risk to ones health why risk another day, week, or month? Get the answers ya need from an expert and get on the correct path asap. May not be a speedy journey but im fairly positive there is no reason to risk another day.

Yes, there is a difference. Would you rather look like you can bench 600 or actually be able to bench 600? There are some freaks that have both of those attributes...brb...genetics... Some have great physiques (Aesthetics) but, can't lift nearly as much as a guy dedicated to competing in the Strongman competitions. But like I said, some have the genetics to look like a professional bodybuilder, and still lift a bus...
