No lifts today or yesterday. Had a pt test for some stuff I'm trying to get into in this here Army. Did well enough but had some issues on my run (didn't fail or anything, but my time wasn't what I was expecting). Oh well, guess I gotta put some more effort into my run. I've been rucking and that may have something to do with my time slowing down a bit. Maxed push-ups and sit-ups but the hip flexors and hamstrings didn't feel like running as fast as the brain desired.
    295/300 ain't bad I guess.
Back in the gym tomorrow and I'll probably get my ruck on tonight. Planning for 7 miles, 60lbs, 100 minutes.
    Nice work brochacho

Finally back to my regular gym. Vacation is over. Had a pretty good weekend. Spent most of the day yesterday doing yard work. Saturday was good, round two of softball playoffs. We won both games of our doubleheader. Championships next Saturday. If you play softball and haven't had the chance to swing the Miken Freak DST, you're missing out. Anyway...

    Flat BB bench/flat flyes
    Bar-8
    185x8/45x8
    205x8/45x8
    225x7/45x8
    225x7/45x8

    Incline hex press/incline flyes
    55x8/40x10
    55x8/40x10
    55x8/40x10
    60x8/40x10

    Decline machine press
    2pps
    3pps
    3pps
    3pps

    Cable flyes high to low
    4 sets 10 reps

Cable flyes low to high/ab chops
    4x10/4x10 each side

    Weighted knee raises
    15lbs/15 reps/4 sets

    That is all.

Also, decided that I'm about as lean as I want to be for right now. I'm probably somewhere around 12%, by my horrible calculations. I have a little trip I'm taking at the end of August/first couple of weeks of September where I'll be in a caloric deficit of between 3k-5k cals a day for roughly 3 weeks. Pretty sure that whatever body fat I have left at that point will come off. Last time I went on this adventure I lost ~18 in 21 days.
    9k in, 12-14k out everyday.

The pic was meant for edje so I could answer his question on how he's doing but I suck at multi-quoting and put the pic in the wrong line. Soooo edje, there's your answer. He's doing good and learning some PL and BB technique.

Lost my motivation when I couldn't budge 365 (wtf). No pre this morning because I forgot my shlt. Abb shake post, multi and alc/cla. Bad day in the gym. Felt like ass. Should have done more pull-ups but felt like ten rep sets was good enough. Whatever. Better luck tomorrow.
Next time you miss those Deads, roll the bar up onto a block (or use 45's laid down under the bar weights) and then pull it. Get past your mental mind **** of 365
