    SS Straight arm pushdowns/Face pulls/Lat stretchers
    50x10/120x10/100x8 4 sets

    All rest periods were between 30-45 seconds. Short but effective workout, pump was ridiculous. Had a hard time taking my shirt off. This combo of ignite2+4 uncapped Max Pump for pre-workout is the best PWO that I have used. Great sweat, great pump.

    Thanks holmes. Normally Wednesday is legs but I took some extra recovery time that set me back a day. Back works better for me on Wednesday anyway since I have softball practice this evening.

    Scheduled leg day.
    Didn't happen. Had softball practice last night and could tell that the hammie still isn't 100%.
    Decided to give foam rolling a try. Damn that ish hurts, but it hurts so good. Definitely going to become a staple. I am going to buy a lacrosse ball today.
    Worked some abs and enjoyed a nice hot shower.

    It's feeling better, but I don't want to keep aggravating it. I have big plans for September and I have to be 100% so I may have to play conservative for a bit.
    I'm about to invest in this foam roller @jimbuick told me about. Expensive but looks worth the price.

  23. So you finally picked up a foam roller? It hurts a lot at first but you get used to it with frequent use. Just go easy. My favorite is foam rolling the bottoms of my feet. Feels awesome.

  25. Foam rolling ur lats on ur side is bad but rolling front delts and outer chest with a tennis ball is one of the worst pains imagineable.
