DC Training for hypertrophy?

I remember this was really popular a few years ago, are people still doing this?

I'm looking for a good off season program, geared towards growing!

Right now I'm doing

Chest/Tri
Back/Bis/ Calves
REST
Shoulders/Upper Chest
Arms
Legs/Calves

repeat.

usually 4 sets per exercise, 3-4 exercises per muscle, starting with compound lifts then moving towards more isolation exercises

Thoughts...
 
Lots of people still do DC, its the best program I have found to date.
