I have a very busy schedule, I give about an hour to the gym 4 times a week. What is a better sounding program?
alternating lifting, cardio, lifting and cardio for the days of the week or alternating weeks lifting one week and the next cardio week? I lift with a program that trains chest/bi, legs, shoulders/tri, back/abs. The reps are like 3 sets of 6 heavy with five minutes rest between each set, then 2 sets of 10 with two minute rests and finally 1 set of 20 no rest.

MAX OT training.

Do 4-6 for awhile and then raise your reps to 8-10 for awhile using the same program.

It takes about 30-40 minutes for a workout.

Forget about the 20 rep scheme altogether IMO.

Spend 15 minutes at night time for hit cardio when ever you feel like it.

Hit cardio can be a simple sprint/walk session or shadow boxing so that you get leg cardio one day and upper body cardio the next.

It is that easy!

Thanks I am going to try that program. Early in 2004 I tried a similiar program and liked the results.
